Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address both questions and maintain a clear position that the opportunity benefits employees and companies. The employee benefits are supported with relevant points about cultural understanding, communication, and professional experience; the company discussion also explains how staff may bring ideas and help reach international clients. These examples show the task is understood, though some points are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, the link between learning another company’s strategies and increasing profits could be made more specific, and the employee example involving Canada and the United Kingdom is not clearly connected to a particular workplace outcome. More precise, developed examples would strengthen the response further.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. The progression from personal gains to business advantages is easy to follow, and signposts such as “First and foremost,” “Moreover,” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. However, some linking is mechanical, and a few sentences are difficult to connect smoothly to the surrounding ideas. For example, “So automatically it would extremely positive development for companies” repeats the preceding point without explaining it, while the final sentence of the company paragraph introduces market expansion more effectively. Use fewer formulaic transitions and make each sentence build clearly on the previous one.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “professional skills,” “communication skills,” “valuable professional experience,” and “international clients.” These choices help convey the main ideas, and some less common terms are attempted. However, noticeable problems with word choice, collocation, word forms, and spelling reduce precision. Examples include “working as another company,” “refresh ideas,” “do conservation,” and “thier.” Some expressions also sound unnatural, such as “numerous of merits” and “earn more money and profits.” Aim to learn vocabulary in natural word partnerships and check spelling and word forms carefully; this would make your meaning clearer and more fluent.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “as,” “which,” and “when.” The overall meaning is generally recoverable, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction occur often enough to make some sentences awkward or difficult to process. For example, “workers are gain” should use a correct verb form, and “an employee who are moves” has problems with both agreement and verb structure. The sentence beginning “Moreover, employees who understand…” is also incomplete. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and complete sentences before adding subordinate clauses. Greater control of these basic structures would improve clarity.
