Student answer (Band 6.0)
The concept of employees living and working in another nations is widely used by many vastly expanded companies in today's world. This trend might turn out to be positive step fro employers as well as the staff for various reasons like different environment exposure and understanding business in local terms.
First of all, when an employee is given opportunity to visit in any other country for time being to live and work from, it can be very a good environment change inn the lifestyle rather than working in the same office everyday. The change of routines can boost in energy physically and mentally for better ideas and inspirations. For example, a person working in the crowded areas of Mumbai everyday given an opportunity to go work in peaceful and calm environment of German cities will instantly lift up the energy level leading to a better performance with brighter ideas.
In addition to this, while living and working in different environment will help companies understand the locals more deeply. The exposure in another country will help to define the needs and can be converted into target audience for the product accordingly. For instance, a clothing brand for United States, sending an employee in Japan will help them connect with Japanese culture for them to create the product with touch of locality to attract more customers leading to more sales.
To conclude, I personally feel this trend of having staff working and having a lifestyle of another locations around the world could be beneficial for both companies and the employees with increased productivity and sales with a little change to the environment.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: benefits for employees and advantages for companies. The ideas are relevant, such as the mention of 'energy levels' for staff and 'local market understanding' for companies. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the example regarding the clothing brand in Japan is a good start but could be expanded to explain exactly how the employee's presence leads to better sales. The position is clear throughout, but the depth of analysis is limited, which prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Overall, the task is addressed adequately, but the arguments could be more thoroughly explored with more specific detail.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. There is a clear progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'First of all', 'In addition to this', and 'To conclude', which help guide the reader. However, some of the linking is a bit mechanical, and there are occasional issues with referencing and flow, such as the slightly awkward phrasing in the final sentence of the second paragraph. Paragraphing is used appropriately, and the overall structure is easy to follow, meeting the requirements for a band 6.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are some attempts at less common vocabulary, such as 'vastly expanded companies' and 'local terms', though some word choices are slightly unnatural, such as 'visit in any other country' or 'touch of locality'. There are also minor spelling and collocation errors, such as 'fro' instead of 'for' and 'inn' instead of 'in'. While the range is sufficient to communicate the main points, it lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher band score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'living and working in another nations' (should be 'another nation' or 'other nations'), 'boost in energy' (should be 'boost energy'), and 'given an opportunity' (missing 'is'). Punctuation is generally functional, but the frequency of errors in basic grammar and article usage is noticeable. These errors do not impede communication, but they do prevent the response from demonstrating the control required for a band 7.
