Student answer (Band 6.0)
In recent times, a lot of big global companies offer their workers the opportunity to spend some time living and performing their tasks in foreign country. I believe that this offer can provide the employees to visit different places and learn to work and maintain their life while being away from home.
This approach by the companies can be advantageous for them as it will encourage the staff members to work in foreign countries and learn their way to work and also the trends the following country follows, This development can also bring customers from foreign places as well as the companies can learn about the needs of the people there and according to the needs they can expand and establish their business in those countries.
Another major benefit can be that the workers will develop loyalty within their selves towards company as they will feel privileged to work under such a firm which look after their employees.
For instance, A worker of a shoes brand is sent to USA. He will scrutinize the people on what they mostly prefer for footwear and what are ideal prices for the normal pair of shoes. This will help the company to get an idea about how much cost and profit they can generate if they are willing to expand their business.
In conclusion, i thinks its a positive development to encourage the staff to spend some time living and working in another country as it can be beneficial for both the employees and the company

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: benefits for employees and advantages for companies. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the point about employee loyalty is mentioned but not fully explored, and the example regarding the shoe brand is a bit simplistic. To reach a higher band, you should provide more detailed explanations and more sophisticated examples. The position is clear throughout, but the overall depth of the argument is limited, which keeps the response at a Band 6 level.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices like 'For instance' and 'In conclusion', but the transitions between sentences are sometimes mechanical or repetitive. For example, the second paragraph is a long block of text that could benefit from clearer signposting between the ideas of staff development and market expansion. Referencing is generally clear, but the flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to connect your ideas more fluidly.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, such as 'advantageous', 'scrutinize', and 'privileged'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'maintain their life' instead of 'maintain their standard of living' or 'develop loyalty within their selves' instead of 'develop loyalty towards the company'. While these errors do not impede communication, they prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and using more precise terminology related to business and international work.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'provide the employees to visit' (should be 'enable employees to visit'), 'the following country follows' (awkward phrasing), and 'i thinks its' (subject-verb agreement and punctuation error). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma splices. While these errors rarely impede communication, they are frequent enough to limit the score. Increasing your control over complex structures and proofreading for basic errors would significantly improve your score.
