Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this modern era, the majority of international organisations provide services to their employees to live and work in different countries for a specific period of time. However, this notion helps individuals to learn about advanced technology and gain experience for a better career. This development has numerous benefits that provide opportunities for companies to achieve their targets and gain crucial knowledge about market situations.
To commence with, there is no doubt that nowadays technology develops rapidly and due to the increase in competition in the market, every business aims to earn more profit. Moreover, to achieve this goal, organisations decide to send their employees to another country so that they gain enough knowledge regarding technology. Apart from that, working in a different country opens many doors for career development. To elaborate on this, many international companies hire employees who have foreign experience, and they give excellent packages to them to help them lead a better life. Sometimes, if the employee work good on that time, foreign countries hire that person in their companies rather than sending them back, which provides an opportunity for employees to give a better life to their family.
Furthermore, there are significant advantages to this development for companies. Firstly, with more experience, employees understand the market environment, such as customer needs and wants. Due to competition, it's so hard to achieve desired goals, but when employees are aware of their duties, it directly helps companies to achieve targets more easily.
In conclusion, it is the best decision to send their employees to other countries so that they gain enough knowledge regarding business and become familiar with modern technology.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task, examining both why the opportunity is good for employees and what advantages it presents for companies. The introduction outlines these areas clearly. In the body paragraphs, you explore how employees gain career development, advanced technological knowledge, and better financial packages, while companies benefit through a deeper understanding of market environments and customer needs. However, some ideas feel slightly repetitive or under-developed, particularly regarding company advantages, which tend to generalize rather than provide deep support or specific examples. For instance, the discussion around customer needs and wants is somewhat brief. Overall, the prompt is fully addressed with a clear stance, aligning well with the Band 6.5 or 7 descriptors, though leaning towards Band 6.0 due to the limited depth in supporting company advantages.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized with an introduction, clear body paragraphs, and a brief conclusion. You use cohesive devices to signal transitions, such as 'To commence with', 'Moreover', and 'Furthermore'. However, the referencing and flow can be mechanical at times. For example, the sentence 'if the employee work good on that time' disrupts the cohesion and logical progression due to awkward phrasing and grammar. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate ideas about employees and companies, but the conclusion is overly abrupt and fails to synthesize the points effectively. Cohesive devices are occasionally overused or clunky, placing this squarely at Band 6.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your message. You attempt some less common items such as 'international organisations', 'advanced technology', and 'market environment'. However, there are noticeable lexical inaccuracies and awkward word choices throughout the text. For example, using 'provide services to their employees' instead of 'offer opportunities', or 'give excellent packages' rather than 'lucrative compensation packages'. Additionally, phrases like 'work good on that time' reflect a limited control of collocation and natural phrasing. While communication is not impeded, these frequent vocabulary errors prevent the score from reaching Band 6.5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, utilizing structures like 'Nowadays many large international companies offer...' and 'when employees are aware of their duties, it directly helps...'. However, there are frequent grammatical errors and awkward syntactic constructions that detract from the writing. For instance, 'if the employee work good on that time' contains tense, subject-verb agreement, and prepositional errors. Another example is 'it's so hard to achieve desired goals', which is slightly too informal for task writing. While these errors rarely impede overall communication, the high frequency of grammatical slips keeps the score at a Band 5.5.
