Although people have more options to work in their own country, they prefer to work for international companies to gain experience. In this modern era, the large companies provding options to their staff to work in foreign countries. So this is the good option for them to learn different methods and assist to their own country to obtain success. In my upcoming paragraphs, I will discuss the advantages of this statement with my relevant conclusion.
To commence with pros of working in foreign countries, when workers move to another places for work they learn new skills and methods of working which helps them to gain experience and success in their life. As a result, they become more successful person in their life and achieve their goals. For example, a recent study shows that 65% employers from international compaines moved to foreign countries for learning new skills of work not only they achieved success and became wealthier person in their life but also compaines got great success.
Nevertheless, it has some negative impact, if people move to another countries they separate from their families as well as they have chances to foeget their own culture and adopt the culture of other countries. Moreover, the companies of other country take more advantages from them and they get more opportunities instead of the internatinal companies.
To conclude, no doubt people leave their own country , but they get more chances to became successful person in their carrier

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing why the opportunity is good for employees and what advantages it has for companies, though some ideas lack full development. For instance, the discussion on companies' advantages touches upon learning new skills, but it conflates employee benefits with company benefits. Furthermore, there is a distinct paragraph discussing 'negative impact', which was not requested by the prompt (the prompt asks why the opportunity is good for employees and what advantages it has for companies, making the negative impact section off-topic). Importantly, the Length Check confirms the response is 243 words, falling short of the 250-word minimum requirement. Consequently, Task Achievement is penalised for length and the inclusion of unrequested negative points. Based on these factors, a band score of 5.0 is appropriate.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, including an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the logical progression is at times difficult to follow. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often mechanical or repetitive, such as 'To commence with', 'As a result', 'Moreover', and 'To conclude'. Paragraphing is attempted, but the content within paragraphs is not always logically grouped—for example, introducing negative impacts when the prompt only asks for advantages. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, such as pronoun use in 'they get more opportunities instead of the internatinal companies'. These issues place the response firmly in Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The student displays a limited range of vocabulary that is minimally adequate for the task. There are several noticeable errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'provding' instead of 'providing', 'foeget' instead of 'forget', 'carrier' instead of 'career', and 'internatinal'. Phrasing tends to be repetitive ('gain experience and success in their life', 'become more successful person in their life'). While the writer attempts some less common vocabulary like 'substantial' or specific thematic terms, inaccuracies in spelling and word formation cause some difficulty for the reader. This performance aligns with the Band 5 descriptors for Lexical Resource.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The student uses a mix of simple and some attempted complex sentence forms, but control is weak. There are frequent grammatical and punctuation errors throughout the text, such as run-on sentences and comma splices ('In this modern era, the large companies provding options... So this is the good option...'). Articles and prepositions are frequently misused (e.g., 'assist to their own country', 'from international compaines moved to foreign countries'). While simple sentences are generally understandable, errors are frequent and occasionally cause strain or difficulty for the reader. Therefore, a band score of 5.0 is assigned.
