Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays many lare ineternational companies offer to their employees to work opporutunity in another country and live to there perticular time period.This opportunity is beneficial for both company and employees, it provide there professional skills and experience in different country's culture and professional enviroment.

One major advantage for employee that is they learn new skill and global market in different diversity and other kind of professional skill like which technology they use and apply how's they work in different perspectives its significanntly for employee and their company home. other major beneficial for employee for learn some new strategies and apply there home company for like some language learn and use other foreign market compsnies for expand there business.

Another major advantage is there are major role to expand their market for company growth and their bussinessn create new ideas and knowledge about how to use new strategies or new product services to apply for company home. They learn how tackle new different diversity or environment and how to communicate and engaged other people in professional way. For intance, employees who ever work in japan so they learn language and they use in other bussiness etiquette, like share market and global marketing and use for there home company growth.

In conclusion,there is chance to working in another country its every people have dream nowadays so there is good opportunity for emplyees and there home companey also. Therefore its beneficial to learn new knowledge and idea,skill like foreign market how to work and expand there home company growth.
