Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response attempts to address all parts of the prompt, discussing both why the opportunity is good for employees and what advantages it brings to companies. However, the ideas are relatively superficial and under-developed due to insufficient elaboration and vocabulary limitations. Furthermore, the length requirement has not been met, as the response contains only 241 words against the mandatory 250-word minimum, which places a natural ceiling on the task achievement score. While a clear position is stated in the introduction, the supporting points remain basic and lack specific, well-reasoned examples, pulling the overall development down.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay is organized into four distinct paragraphs, including an introduction and conclusion. There is a basic overall progression of ideas, moving from employee benefits to company advantages. However, cohesive devices are often mechanical, inaccurate, or repetitive, as seen in phrases like 'Owing to above topic' and 'To ellaborate'. Paragraphing is present, but internal transitions feel forced and referencing is occasionally unclear. The mechanical and sometimes awkward use of cohesive tools prevents the essay from reaching a higher band score.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and contains numerous severe spelling errors that impede understanding. Examples include 'numoures' instead of numerous, 'oppotunities' and 'opprtunities' instead of opportunities, 'distint' instead of distant, 'inovative' or similar intended words, and 'proffesional'. There are also awkward word choices and collocations, such as 'spare time in distint countries for residing' and 'routine monotonous'. While the writer attempts some less common vocabulary, the high frequency of basic spelling mistakes and imprecise lexical choices restricts the band score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but control over grammar is weak. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement and tense usage, such as 'this opotunities have', 'when an individual live in an abroad', 'they can able to bring', and 'an employees will be having'. Punctuation is also problematic in places, with comma splices and run-on structures. Although the meaning can generally be deciphered, the persistent grammatical inaccuracies across most sentences demonstrate a lack of solid control over complex forms.
