* We are going to talk about the international companies who offer their employees to spend a good amount of time to work in other countries. I feel like it is hard but at the same time its adventurous that you are having an a great opportunity to explore yourself, & explore more about company. Employees have can have more experience in a different cour countries working with different people as in culture, history & work experience.

I feel its beneficial for both parties -the employee & the company as -the is growing in more bigger scale, having more expansion in the company where as

the staff is going to explore about the new country, can have some more me time, can make more new friends, explore the new areas, work for company, get more experience help -the company to expand more and then may be get more opportunity to be promoted.

Company will be more recognize with other people in new country.

I feel both company & employee will be in win win situalion.

I had one friend she moved from Brazil to KSA. She got big shocked cause of cultural difference but within a mean time she is loving it cause she did explore more & she got time to learn & now still living in KSA happily.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by discussing why international secondments are beneficial for both employees and companies, fulfilling the basic requirements of the task. However, the ideas remain limited and under-developed, which keeps the response at this level. For instance, the points about personal growth, exploring new areas, and company expansion are stated rather than extended with specific explanations or fully realized arguments. While the writer attempts to provide an example regarding a friend moving from Brazil to Saudi Arabia, it lacks sufficient detail to fully support the argument. The overall position is generally discernible, but the lack of thorough elaboration across both parts of the prompt prevents the response from achieving a higher standing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

The text demonstrates significant issues with organization, cohesion, and paragraphing, reflecting difficulties in structuring a cohesive essay. Ideas are presented in a fragmented manner with abrupt shifts and unconventional formatting, such as broken sentence structures and disconnected lines near the end of the text. There is a lack of clear overall progression, and cohesive devices are either inadequate or misused, resulting in a disjointed reading experience. Referencing is frequently unclear, particularly with pronoun use like "-the is growing in more bigger scale" and "-the company", which obscures the logical relationships between ideas. To progress, the writer needs to group ideas into logical paragraphs and use standard cohesive devices to connect sentences smoothly.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for expressing basic ideas. The writer attempts some less common expressions, such as "international companies" and "win win situalion," but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and word form, including "more bigger scale" and "more recognize". There are also minor spelling and typographical issues like "situalion". While the meaning is generally communicated despite these limitations, the frequent inaccuracies in lexical selection restrict the range and precision required for higher bands. Expanding the repertoire of functional vocabulary and paying closer attention to word formation and collocations will greatly enhance the quality of the writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The grammatical range is quite limited, relying mostly on simple sentence forms alongside attempts at complex structures that are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in verb forms, tenses, prepositions, and articles, such as "Employees have can have more experience", "she moved from Brazil to KSA", and missing articles in phrases like "for company". Punctuation is also erratic, with unusual line breaks and fragmented structures disrupting the flow. These errors occur consistently throughout the text and frequently cause difficulty for the reader in parsing the exact meaning. To improve, the writer must focus on mastering basic sentence structures, ensuring correct subject-verb agreement, and reducing the frequency of foundational grammatical errors.
