In recent year, many big international businesses offer their employees the opportunity to spend a period of time living and employment in another country.

I think this opportunity will be good for staff because they can enjoy and have a chance to explore other areas. For instance many businessman give chance to staff for enjoyment. Everyone knows staff have busy schedules, work on big projects or presentations. Companies trying to cooperate with staff so that they cannot leave their companies. Furthermore, employees can spend their time with personal things including family, children or can visit many restaurants. In addition, more importantly it helps them to relax and doing things which they can feel joy.

There are so many benefits with this development for companies such as getting a offer from big international companies as well as staff member also. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

The response addresses the prompt by discussing why international secondments might benefit employees and companies, but the ideas are limited and frequently under-developed. For instance, the discussion on employee benefits quickly drifts into general statements about rest and recreation, such as 'can visit many restaurants', rather than focusing on professional development, cross-cultural skills, or career advancement. Similarly, the arguments regarding company advantages become confused, straying into tangential notions like 'become a brand ambassador', meeting 'celebrities, enterprenuers and influencers', and making the product 'on fire'. While the writer attempts to cover all parts of the task, the lack of well-developed, relevant support and the presence of unclear, off-point tangents prevent the response from achieving a higher standing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The text displays some organizational structure with clear paragraphing, including an introduction, body paragraphs addressing the specific prompts, and a conclusion. However, there is a lack of clear overall progression of ideas, particularly within the second body paragraph where the logical link between international assignments and meeting celebrities is difficult to follow. Cohesive devices are used, but they tend to be repetitive or somewhat mechanical, such as the frequent reliance on 'Furthermore', 'In addition', and 'Therefore'. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in phrases like 'this development' where the antecedent or logical connection to the surrounding sentences becomes muddled, hindering the overall flow of the text.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary items and collocations, such as 'international businesses', 'brand ambassador', and 'collaborations', but these are often accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice and form, including 'employment' instead of 'employing' or 'work', 'businessman' instead of 'businessmen' or 'companies', and 'enterprenuers' with a spelling error. Furthermore, phrasing like 'product will be on fire' is overly informal and unnatural for this type of writing. These lexical inaccuracies and limitations sometimes cause difficulty for the reader in fully grasping the intended meaning.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response relies on a very limited range of sentence structures, and attempts at more complex sentences are frequently faulty. There are persistent errors in grammar throughout the text, including tense and verb form errors such as 'In recent year, many big international businesses offer' instead of 'In recent years, many big international businesses have offered', and subject-verb agreement issues like 'company will have a chances' and 'it can helps them'. Other frequent errors involve missing or incorrect articles, such as 'getting a offer', and awkward prepositional usage within basic patterns. These frequent errors cause strain and occasional difficulty for the reader, though the basic meaning can generally be deciphered.
