We have seen a large number of international organizations provide their empolyee to go in overseas for staying and working

As per my opinion, the employee learn new skills and gain insight to work with new enviornment and facing new kinds of challenges to tackle that is proved to be very benificial for them and company.

I am currently working in different country from my home country and as per my experience I am able to learn many different skills such as time management I have learn that always come 15 mins before then starting time at office you get a chance to focus on work however if anything happen for eg you see road accident or death of someone if might give you trauma In comming early you are able to relax your minds properly ,In problem solving every saturday we have a team meetings where we take feedbacks from all and we try analyse what the issue and how can we provide solutions ,In customer communications so in talking with clients i have to learn a french language.

As performance and productivity of the staffs is increased it gave indirect benefits to company first they get loyal people that are ready to work for a long time in this company and there are very less chances that can leave the company in future for high salary the company also attracts youth and talented individual to join them the shareholders trust in company also increase so they do not have issues for money transaction and lastly if they stuck in some or liitle trouble they take loans from bank with low percent and also government gave them money grants.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the prompt by discussing why living and working abroad is beneficial for employees and what advantages it brings to companies, such as gaining new skills and increasing staff loyalty. However, some ideas are under-developed or lack clarity. For instance, the discussion on how employees learn through challenges is somewhat generalised, and the points about company benefits, like obtaining bank loans or government grants, are abrupt and lack sufficient elaboration. While a clear position is maintained throughout the essay, extending and fully supporting all arguments with deeper explanations would be necessary to elevate the task response.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay displays some overall organization with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a concluding sentiment, but there is a lack of clear overall progression between sentences and ideas. Cohesive devices are sometimes faulty, mechanical, or inadequately used. For example, transitional phrases linking sentences are occasionally missing or clumsy, leading to run-on structures, such as the lengthy second sentence in the third paragraph covering performance, company benefits, retention, and grants all at once. Paragraphing is also an issue, as the body section merges distinct themes—personal employee development and corporate financial advantages—into dense blocks rather than using clear, distinct paragraphs for each prompt requirement.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary range is limited but minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'productivity', 'shareholders', and 'international organizations', but these attempts are accompanied by noticeable errors in spelling, word form, and word choice that may occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Examples include spelling errors like 'empolyee' and 'enviornment', alongside unnatural phrasing such as 'provide their empolyee to go in overseas for staying and working' and 'money transaction'. To improve, the student needs to expand their control of collocations and reduce basic spelling and word-formation mistakes.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer uses a limited range of sentence structures, relying heavily on long, complex attempts that are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation, including missing articles, incorrect prepositions, and faulty verb forms, such as 'the employee learn', 'if anything happen', and 'they stuck in some or liitle trouble'. Punctuation is also problematic, with run-on sentences lacking appropriate periods or semicolons, creating difficulties for the reader. To achieve a higher band, the writer must improve control over basic sentence boundaries, subject-verb agreement, and the accuracy of complex grammatical patterns.
