in this present era, most multinational companies provide their employees international tour to spend their time and work there for short time period. this trend is good opportunity not only for workers but also good for companies.this give them many benefits to the comapany which i discuss in the upcomimg paragraphs.
first and formost i write about opportunites that provide benefits both empoyees and companies. employee can learn about new strategies and working methods that helps companies productivity and process when they apply. in other words sometimes companies wants some changes and provide facilities to their employess which draw their company's process. so when a worker spend time other nation he or she learn about there's working methods which give them new ideas which they can apply at their company. another this opportunity give the effective break to their staff which assiste them unwind from regular work schedual and this change become them productiver more.
this development have number of positive aspects for companies. firstly they get knowledge what types of services and products other nations demand. so they can work on them and try to fullfill their demands which broaden their business. for example nowadays number of people working in a export and import field. however to collect genuine review sometimes companies send their worker to other countries to get real data about their product, this will help them make their work precise more. also they focus more what kinds of services and products they should provide them and what alter should they do.
to conclude, multinational companies send their employees another nation for living and working there for a specific time period this type of break beneficial for both companies and staff this enhace their knowlegde regarding their wrok experience and they can learn new working methoods.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question and maintain a relevant focus on the benefits of overseas work placements. For employees, you explain that they can learn new working methods and gain ideas to apply at home; for companies, you discuss understanding demand in other countries and improving products or services. The export-and-import example helps illustrate the second point. However, the employee benefits are less fully developed: the claim that the placement provides an “effective break” from routine is not clearly connected to living and working abroad, and the company benefits could be explained with more specific consequences. Develop each main idea with a clear explanation and a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate body paragraphs for the two perspectives, and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “firstly,” “in other words,” and “to conclude” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because ideas are repeated or linked mechanically. For example, the first body paragraph moves from learning new methods to company changes and then to taking a break, without clearly showing how these points relate. Some references, such as “this change,” are also unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main benefit, then explain and illustrate it before moving to the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “multinational companies,” “working methods,” “productivity,” “demand,” and “export and import.” This gives you a basic range for discussing the topic. However, vocabulary is often imprecise or repetitive, and several spelling and word-form errors make the writing less clear, such as “comapany,” “opportunites,” “productiver,” and “knowlegde.” Phrases such as “international tour” and “draw their company’s process” do not express the intended meaning naturally. Build a bank of accurate collocations for workplace mobility and business benefits, and check spelling and word forms carefully before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “when,” “which,” and “so,” and the overall meaning can usually be followed. However, control is inconsistent, particularly with subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries. For example, “this development have” should be “this development has,” while “companies wants” should be “companies want.” Several sentences run together, as in the opening, where a full stop is needed before “This gives them.” Some longer constructions also become difficult to interpret. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly attached supporting clause, then check agreement, articles, and punctuation.
