Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this modern world, a contamporary trend of migrating temporarily few outstanding employees of an organization is highly growing, resulting in positive outcome for both staff members and an international company. In the forthecoming paragraphs, I have discussed the benefits of this situation for both with suitable justifications.
Elaborating the advatages from employee side, this oppportunity provides them a considerable exposure, working in both different culture and professional environment. Besides, due to their efficient working capabilities in different atmospheres in various countries make their profile more markable, resulting in benefits of getting quick promotion and future better job offers. In IT sector, for instance, a candidate has aquired enough experience of collaborational work with foreign companies, getting job offers from Google or Amazon organizations will become more easier.
On the other hand, international companies also recieve advantages in ways of increasing reputation due to productive results and growing annual economy. Though, such companies spend considerable amount after visa procedure for any employees, from begining, they dictate some rules and conditions to the candidate, in which, they pay less wages per hour compared to local employees. The companies from USA or Europe, It is noticible that, they always offer this opportunities to middle-class employee and let them rote in minimum wage salary (which is high income in their own country) and getting extra work from them.
To recapitulate, creating win-win situation for both an employee and an international company, this time-being offer of travelling in foreign country to work will be beneficial for them, providing good exploration of work for a candidate and financial benefits for a company.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a clear overall view that the arrangement can benefit employees and companies. The employee paragraph gives relevant points about cultural and professional exposure, career prospects, and an IT-sector example. However, the company-side discussion is less fully developed: reputation and economic growth are mentioned, but the explanation shifts to lower wages and extracting extra work, without clearly showing how overseas placements themselves improve company performance. This makes the benefits unevenly supported. To strengthen the response, explain specific organisational gains, such as transferring expertise between offices, building international relationships, or developing managers with local-market knowledge, and support each point with a clear example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a concluding summary. Signposting such as “On the other hand” and “To recapitulate” makes the main stages easy to follow, and the ideas generally progress within each paragraph. Some linking is mechanical or unclear, however. “Elaborating the advantages from employee side” is an awkward opening, while “Though” introduces a contrast that is not fully explained, and the final company paragraph moves abruptly from reputation to wages. The conclusion also repeats the introduction rather than drawing together the two distinct benefits. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each supporting detail explicitly to the paragraph’s main claim.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “considerable exposure,” “professional environment,” “productive results,” and “annual economy.” These choices show an effort to express ideas beyond basic vocabulary. However, inaccurate word forms, spelling, and collocations are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less natural: “contamporary,” “markable,” “collaborational work,” “rote,” and “more easier” are examples. Some phrases, such as “growing annual economy,” do not clearly convey the intended company advantage. Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than ambitious but uncertain wording—for example, “gain international experience,” “strengthen their professional profile,” and “increase revenue.” Proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your meaning more precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and longer sentence forms, and the response is generally understandable. There are attempts to connect clauses, for example in the sentence beginning “Besides, due to their efficient working capabilities…,” and the final sentence tries to summarise both sides. However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors in articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. For instance, “due to their efficient working capabilities … make their profile” has an unclear grammatical subject, while “The companies from USA or Europe, It is noticible that” is not a complete, correctly punctuated sentence. Practise building complex sentences around a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and article use before adding extra clauses.
