Student answer (Band 4.0)

the fact is beyond dought that number of big group offer his employees work from home country, i shall discuss this offer in my upcoming paragraphs.

to begin with big company needs the numbers of employees for work, but internation company needs that type staff who adjust the different time zone, for example if one transport company run in canada and they have a 24 hours work becasue in canada truck run on road all time they they needs the night shift staff also, that time company hire the more people in night shift, so they hire that staff from india, because when canada night that time in india day, so they easy to handle all things. they provide everything what they needs.

In other words if the company hire the indian staff they have no needs the immigrations formalities, like visa, medical etc. and save more time for hiring process, in india within few days they hire the employee, becuase here the hiring process is very easy, one more thing according to canada staff they pay very cheap salary for indian staff, and save the more money and not given the many more benifits for his employees.

as a result if international companies staff is live another country that is direct benift for company cost, they pay less and make money more, and they also no pay the more benifits for his employees. it is full advantage to the company no more headache. benifit more and more.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5

The response makes a relevant attempt to explain advantages for companies, especially by describing how staff in India could cover Canadian night shifts and how hiring abroad might reduce costs. However, the task asks about benefits for employees as well as companies, and the employee-focused part is essentially missing. The claim that workers receive “cheap salary” and fewer benefits is presented as a company advantage, not as a benefit to employees. The ideas about time zones, recruitment and savings are also asserted rather than clearly explained or supported with a developed example. The response is two words below the required minimum, so it does not meet the length requirement. Address both questions directly and develop at least one clear advantage for each group.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is a basic attempt to organise the response: it opens with an introduction, uses “to begin with” and “In other words” to signal development, and ends with a concluding statement. The example about Canadian night work and Indian daytime gives the reader a central line of discussion. However, the response has no clear paragraph devoted to employee benefits, and several ideas are repeated, particularly the points about lower pay and company savings. Long sentences joined by repeated “so” and “because” make relationships between ideas difficult to follow; for example, the transport-company example runs through several claims without clear breaks. Use separate paragraphs for each question, and connect shorter, clearly ordered explanations with more precise referencing.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The response uses some task-relevant vocabulary, including “time zone,” “night shift,” “hiring process,” “immigration formalities” and “benefits.” These terms help communicate the general topic, and the example is understandable despite language problems. However, vocabulary is often repetitive or imprecise: “benefit” and “company” recur frequently, while phrases such as “make money more,” “no more headache” and “they provide everything what they needs” are not natural in this context. Spelling errors such as “dought,” “becasue,” “benifits” and “benift” also weaken control. Build a more accurate range for discussing employee development and business outcomes, and check spelling and collocations during revision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The writer attempts to combine ideas using subordinate clauses and examples, as in “because when Canada night that time in India day,” and uses conditional language in “if the company hire the Indian staff.” These attempts show some willingness to go beyond isolated simple sentences. However, sentence structures are frequently faulty, and errors often make the relationships between ideas hard to understand. Examples include “company needs the numbers of employees,” “they needs,” “they have no needs,” and “if international companies staff is live another country.” Articles, agreement, verb forms and sentence boundaries need more consistent control. Practise writing shorter complete sentences first, then add one accurately formed subordinate clause at a time.
