Multinational companies are giving opportunities to their worker to work and live in abroad nowadays. This is beneficial not only for the employees but also for the companies. Exposure of certain time period in diferent countries around the world would open the pathway of success for both. Let's discuss the advantages for each of them indvidually.

First of all for the staff, companies select their most competetive person for such offers. When everyone knows the selection is going to take place sooner or later for working in another country they strive to give their best and polish their capabilities by learning everyday. After the chance is given, than they get to experience the work envoirnment of different country from which they observe and learn more. They also get to see foriegn lifestyle, different culture and eat variety of meals. They get the exposure to multiple traditions and festivals. They learn useful skills and tricks from that region of the world.

Now for the companies, It is most beneficial for the company because when workers return from such tours they are completely diiferent person. The skills and knowledge one has gained from another country is helpful for the company. Everything he has observed and learned there is going to be used for improvement of the company. Moreover whenever an employe is sent to another place he is mostly known by the representative company so this also benefits the image of the company that how competative people are working there. The company also becomes famous by interacting with other multinational companies for exchange of employe.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses both questions and maintains a clear overall view that the opportunity benefits employees and companies. For employees, you explain that selection can motivate staff to improve their abilities, and that working abroad provides exposure to different workplaces and cultures. For companies, you identify the value of employees bringing back knowledge and skills, as well as possible benefits to the company’s image. These are relevant points, but some are asserted rather than explained: for example, the claim that returning workers are “completely different” is vague, and the exchange between companies is mentioned without showing how it benefits the business. Develop each main point with a specific example or clearer explanation of its practical impact.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The essay has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph about employees, a paragraph about companies, and a brief conclusion. Signposting such as “First of all” and “Now for the companies” makes the two parts of the task easy to follow, and the ideas generally progress within each paragraph. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and also shows some effective paragraphing. However, transitions can feel mechanical, and some links between ideas are not fully clear. For instance, the sentence about a worker being “known by the representative company” does not clearly connect the employee’s overseas experience to the company’s image. Use more precise referencing and connect each supporting detail explicitly to the paragraph’s main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including relevant terms such as “work environment,” “lifestyle,” “traditions,” “skills,” and “image.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling, word-form, and collocation errors reduce precision. Examples include “work and live in abroad,” “exposure of certain time period,” “competetive,” and “exchange of employe.” Some expressions, such as “pathway of success” and “completely different person,” are also vague or unnatural in this context. Aim for accurate, natural combinations and check spelling carefully. More precise business vocabulary would help you explain how international assignments improve employees’ expertise, collaboration, or a company’s competitiveness.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

There is a mix of simple sentences and attempts at longer structures, including the conditional idea “When everyone knows the selection is going to take place…” and the relative clause “from which they observe and learn more.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors occur across the response. For example, “their worker” needs a plural form, “than they get” should use “then,” and “when workers return … they are completely different person” has an agreement error. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “from different country” and the comma after “Now for the companies.” Practise checking subject–verb agreement, singular and plural nouns, articles, and punctuation, while retaining your attempts at complex sentences.
