Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions: you mention cultural and language exposure as benefits for employees, and learning new business methods and improving productivity as benefits for companies. However, these points are brief and sometimes unclear, so the response only partially develops the task. For example, the employee benefit that new experiences may improve focus is asserted but not explained, while the company section does not show clearly how learning from another country would lead to better decisions or fewer losses. The survey example is also vague and difficult to verify or connect to the main point. The response is 26 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. Develop each benefit with a clear explanation and a specific, relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction is followed by separate paragraphs about employees and companies, then a conclusion. This makes the main direction easy to follow. You also use basic signposting such as “Firstly,” “As a result,” “Consequently,” and “To conclude.” However, some links are mechanical or unclear. In the employee paragraph, the move from cultural exposure to improved focus is not fully explained, and “which help me improve their focus” makes the reference difficult to follow. The conclusion repeats the main points rather than drawing them together. Use clearer links between each benefit and its result, and ensure pronouns refer unambiguously to the people or ideas intended.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “international companies,” “productivity,” “rejuvenated,” and “business,” and you attempt phrases such as “broaden their horizon.” However, the range is limited and several spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make parts of the response difficult to understand. Examples include “productiviety,” “opporunity,” “grtting,” and “escape from any lose”; “a survey was connected” is also an unnatural expression. Repetition of “business” and “other nation” limits precision. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and collocations carefully. For instance, describe a survey as “conducted” and say that a company can “avoid losses” rather than “escape from any lose.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a result clause beginning “As a result” and a sentence using “which.” However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur often enough to affect clarity. For example, “in today worlds” lacks the possessive form, “in other nation” needs an appropriate article or plural, and “which help them” does not agree with its subject. The sentence beginning “Firstly.” is incorrectly punctuated, and the long sentence about new experiences contains an unclear clause structure. Practise building accurate sentences with one main idea and a clearly attached supporting clause, then check subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries.
