Nowadays mostly huge international companies offer their employee the opportunity to spend a period of time working and living in another country. This opportunity will be best for staff to meet with different background people and get knowledge their culture. This advantage will provide more client and issued the international level working for companies.

However, in my opinion, this process develope the companies through marketing.
In conclusion, offering their staff the oppertunity to spend a period of time living and workin in another country through international companies will help them to adapt more experience and communication skills with working with diiferent background, and develope their comapnies through marketing.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions: you mention employees gaining cultural awareness, confidence and communication skills, and companies attracting more clients through international work. The examples about your father and fruit exports are relevant, but the explanations remain general or unclear; for instance, the link between visiting supermarkets and improving a company’s marketing is not fully explained. The response therefore only partially develops the task, and the conclusion mostly repeats earlier points rather than adding a clear summary of the benefits. The required minimum of 250 words was not met: the response contains 231 words, with 16 words copied from the prompt excluded from the count. Develop each benefit with a clearer explanation and a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its basic organisation. You also use signposts such as “For example,” “Moreover,” and “In conclusion.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the first paragraph moves quickly from cultural learning to clients and company performance, while the third repeats the marketing point without clearly extending it. Some links are mechanical, and “However” does not introduce a clear contrast in that paragraph. Organise each body paragraph around one main benefit, then explain and illustrate it in sequence. Clearer links between claims and examples would make the overall progression easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “international level,” “marketing,” “confidence,” and “communication skills,” which helps convey the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations are inaccurate or unclear, sometimes making the intended meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “issued the international level working,” “active their skills more advance,” and “marketing criteria.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “opportuinty,” “develope,” and “diiferent.” Aim for precise, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. For example, explain that employees can “develop their skills” and that international experience can “expand a company’s customer base,” rather than relying on unclear phrases.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including sentences beginning with “When” and “For example,” and the main topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction. For instance, “my father often talk” needs subject–verb agreement, while “will help them to adapt more experience” uses an unsuitable verb pattern. In “Companies offer their staff visiting and working,” the structure does not clearly express the intended meaning. These errors can make some sentences difficult to follow. Practise building accurate sentences with one clear main clause, then add a subordinate clause, checking verb forms and agreement.
