Student answer (Band 5.5)
The increasing prevelance of offering work to employees in another country by some multinational companies have ample benefits to the staff member as well as to the franchises. I believe that workers have the opprtunity to explore different countries and gain knoweldge about the work culture, strengthen their skills. Although this trend has certain advantage to companies by creating strong tie-ups, increasing branches all around the world, and most importantly, advertising of the products. This essay will examine both prospects and give relevant examples to proof that ideas.
One major advantage of relocating employees to other countries for work is that jobholder have chance to travel through the areas on comapny's money. Especially, for some wokers it's impossible to travel overseas because most of the salaries are spend in household expenses. So, if they get the opportunity to explore the countries, they consider that immediately. Along with that employees gain knowledge about the work culture that is different in every country. For example, Cooperate office work in India is much engaged with multiple projects. As a result, workers know the points to upscale their skills. Overall, emploeeys have potential benefit of moving to another country for work.
Another significant factor of this development is that it is advantageous to the companies itself. Firstly, these international companies have an opportunity to share strong bonds with other parties that will end up building or developing their own products in another countries. For instance, one of the biggest Company named Tesla offers the opportunity to the workers to do their internship overseas that is one of the pertinent reason of thousand branches of Tesla all around the world. Secondly, it also leads to the advertisement of their products and costumer have high demand of purchasing brand that overall build the strong company. Therefore, this drift is highly beneficial to many firms to boost overall development of the company.
In conclusion, although travelling employees to another country related to the work gives fruitful results to the companies that offer this package with their own cost. I believe that workers own have a great opportunity to gain knowledge and polish their skills. Overall leads to substatial development and build harmonius society.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a clear overall view: employees can gain experience and develop skills, while companies can build international relationships and promote their products. The two main body paragraphs are relevant, and the example about learning from different workplace cultures helps explain the employee benefit. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, the claim that overseas assignments lead to “thousand branches” is not clearly connected to the example about Tesla, and the advertising benefit could be explained more directly. The conclusion also introduces a “harmonious society,” which is not developed in the essay. Develop each advantage with a clearer cause-and-effect explanation and use examples that directly support the point.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion. The progression within the body paragraphs is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “For example” help readers identify the stages of your argument. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and shows some flexibility in linking ideas. At times, however, the links feel mechanical or the relationship between claims is unclear: the Tesla internship example does not convincingly support the claim about building branches, and “Overall leads to substantial development” has no clear subject. Make the connections between examples and claims explicit, and ensure each paragraph ends with a complete, relevant summary.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “multinational companies,” “work culture,” “strong bonds,” and “advertisement,” so the reader can understand the main subject and ideas. However, the range is limited by repeated general terms such as “opportunity,” “company,” and “development,” while several inaccurate word choices or collocations make the writing less natural. Examples include “offer work to employees in another country,” “jobholder have chance,” and “costumer have high demand of purchasing brand.” Spelling errors such as “prevelance,” “opprtunity,” and “knoweldge” are also noticeable. Build a more reliable set of phrases for international assignments and business benefits, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple sentences and attempts at more complex structures, including “Although this trend has certain advantage to companies…” and “So, if they get the opportunity…”. However, complex sentences are often incomplete or inaccurately formed, and agreement and article errors recur. For example, “companies have ample benefits” should agree with the plural subject only if the intended meaning is clear, while “jobholder have chance” lacks appropriate number and article marking. The opening “Although” clause is not joined to a complete main clause, and the conclusion begins with a dependent “although” clause without completing the contrast. These issues sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise complete clause structures, subject–verb agreement, and articles, then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and main verb.
