A large proportion of multi national companies offer their employees to utilize their time living and working in different nation. Although it is beneficial for their staff to learn different culture and tradition as well as earn substantial amount of money, it also help companies to grow in very short interval of time. I will discuss these notion in the following paragraphs.
To commence with, working in another country helps individuals to broaden their exposure. To explain this, while working in the different nation, they can communicate with the local people, and learn their culture and traditions. Furthermore, due to communication, they will get fluent with the local language, which in turns, help them to do future tasks without ant hassle. Besides, workers, who are working in another nation, can make some extra money to fulfill their basic requirements as well as they have opportunity to explore the amazing locations of the country. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a clear overall view that the arrangement benefits employees and companies. The employee section gives relevant reasons—cultural exposure, language learning, and the chance to earn more—while the company section identifies image, recruitment appeal, and productivity. These points are appropriate, but some are asserted rather than explained. For example, the link between learning a local language and completing future tasks is mentioned without a concrete work-related illustration, and the claims about company image and growth remain broad. Develop each main advantage with a specific example or a clearer explanation of how it produces the stated benefit. This would make the response more fully supported and balanced.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion that brings the two sides together. Sequencing within the paragraphs is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “Furthermore,” “Firstly,” and “As a result” help show relationships between ideas. This meets the expected level of coherent organisation and also shows some flexibility in linking. However, several transitions feel formulaic, and the conclusion largely repeats points already made rather than synthesising them. Some references are also unclear, as in “these notion” and “this companies,” making the reader pause over what is being referred to. Use more precise referencing and vary the way you connect explanations and examples.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “broaden their exposure,” “local language,” “company image,” and “productivity.” These choices communicate the main ideas, and there are attempts at more formal phrasing. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “offer their employees to utilize their time,” “stand-out in the international level,” and “fulfill their basic requirements” for describing employees’ financial benefits. Spelling and word-form slips, including “multi national,” “ant hassle,” and “there jobs,” also reduce precision. Aim for natural combinations such as “offer employees the opportunity,” “enhance the company’s international reputation,” and “meet their living expenses.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a concessive opening with “Although” and clauses introduced by “while,” “which,” and “because.” The overall meaning is usually clear, but some errors in agreement, articles, plurals, and sentence construction remain. For example, “it also help companies” needs subject–verb agreement, while “learn different culture” requires an article or plural form. In “workers, who are working in another nation,” the relative clause is awkwardly formed, and the long sentence beginning “Firstly, It will increase” joins several ideas without clear grammatical control. Check agreement and article use, and divide sentences when several claims are being linked. More accurate control of these patterns would strengthen the range you already attempt.
