Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a clear overall view that the arrangement benefits employees and companies. The employee section explains learning from colleagues and different work practices, while the company section gives a relevant example contrasting quality with production. These points are pertinent, but some are more fully explained than others: the employee benefit is mainly framed as sharing work practices, and the company benefit of identifying weaknesses needs a clearer explanation of how overseas experience leads to improvement. The conclusion restates the main position but adds little development. To strengthen the response, explain specific outcomes, such as broader skills or improved coordination across international offices, and connect each example directly to the benefit it demonstrates.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion. The progression from one question to the other is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Similarly,” “For Example,” and “In Conclusion” help identify the stages of the argument. However, some linking is mechanical, and connections within sentences are not always clear. For instance, “They both share their work nature” leaves the reader unsure who “they” refers to, while the long example about quality and production would benefit from clearer sequencing. Use pronouns with precise references and connect each example to the point it supports. More varied transitions and clearer sentence boundaries would make the flow smoother.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “work environment,” “work ethics,” “production,” and “quality.” There are also attempts at more formal expressions such as “beneficial” and “betterment.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled choices make the writing less natural, including “profermances,” “lackings,” and “Conculsion.” Some collocations are awkward, such as “employees growth” and “work nature,” and “positive in growth” is unclear. Build a more precise set of phrases for workplace development and business outcomes, and check spelling carefully. Choosing natural collocations will help express your relevant ideas more clearly and flexibly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional example beginning “if one country…” and a sentence linking employee learning with company improvement. The overall meaning is generally recoverable, but some grammatical errors affect clarity. For example, “How this can be benefit” has an incorrect verb construction, and “Employee can deal with new collegues” needs a plural or article adjustment and a clearer grammatical pattern. There are also problems with agreement and sentence boundaries, as in “employees growth always impact the company growth.” Practise accurate verb forms, articles, plurals, and subject–verb agreement, then review longer sentences for punctuation and structure. Greater control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to follow.
