Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question and maintain a relevant focus on benefits. For employees, you explain that overseas work can build skills, knowledge and communication ability, and your example about learning to use construction machinery supports this point. For companies, you identify market research, supply-chain knowledge and improved productivity. These are relevant ideas, but some are less fully explained: for example, you mention finding a suitable market without showing how employees’ local experience helps the company reach customers or adapt its products. The machinery example is also quite specific and its connection to employees’ broader career benefits could be clearer. Develop each main point with a direct explanation of its impact to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. This makes the two parts of the task easy to identify. You also use linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “In addition to it” to connect supporting points. However, some transitions sound mechanical or do not clearly signal the relationship between ideas; “On the very first hand” is an awkward opening for the employee paragraph, and “In the upcoming paragraphs” is unnecessary signposting. Within paragraphs, the links between claims could be more explicit, particularly between learning new machinery and becoming more effective at work. Use simpler, more natural transitions and make each paragraph progress from a main point to its explanation and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “supply chain management,” “productivity,” “communication” and “techniques,” which helps convey the main ideas. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “blasting and drillings” and “suitable market.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts less clear, including “diferent,” “skiils,” “empolyees” and “countires.” Some combinations are unnatural, such as “spend hefty amount of time” and “get handy with those machines.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. Replacing repeated general words such as “good” and “more” with precise terms would also help you express the benefits more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the main message is generally understandable. For example, the sentence beginning “Moreover, employees can learn how to operate different machines” develops an idea with a purpose clause. However, errors in sentence structure and verb forms occur across the response. In “Working in another country help them,” the subject requires a singular verb, while “if they employed their employees” does not express the intended conditional meaning. The opening sentence is also a fragment, and “In the upcoming paragraphs i will discuss” needs correct sentence punctuation and capitalization. Practise building accurate complex sentences, especially with conditionals and subordinate clauses, and proofread for agreement, articles and complete sentence structure.
