Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this generation, employees working in international companies are sent to another country to live as well as work with another company. I strongly agree to this opportunity that employees are getting and also it has a lot of advantages despite of disadvantages. I will be covering both the points in the upcoming paragraphs.
The very first reason of this opportunity to employee is that they will get chance to explore the world. Also, they can learn the living style of that particular country. One can start interacting with the locals and gain their confidence. One will get to know about how to employees in that nation works, how they are dealing with the problems, how quick are they to decide what to do. Also, one can learn or know about the local people that how active as well as professional they are with their profession. This offer also bring one more opportunity for the employee and it is of understanding as well as experiencing the culture of the nation.
Talking about the benefits that this offers brings particularly for the company than the first advantage is that one will be having a strong bond with the another company across the borders and oceans. Working together will make the company run smoother as of having best as well as skilled employees. It can also lead to increase in both company's wealth as well as annual revenue. Better development of the company can increase their partners as well as supporters. With that much amount of employees, the company can stand out with more and more as well as better ideas of advertisment, also get better in buisness.
To conclude, I would like to go with this kind of buisness strategy for all the international as well as national company owners. It would be beneficial from both the ends. If one wins, the another wins and If I loose another will lose.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions and give a clear general view that overseas placements can benefit employees and companies. The employee section identifies relevant gains, including learning about local lifestyles and culture and observing how people work. The company section also mentions stronger cross-border relationships and possible growth in revenue. However, these points are often asserted rather than explained: for example, the link between working together and a company running “smoother” is not made clear, and the benefits to employees could include specific professional outcomes such as new skills or career progression. The opening refers to disadvantages, but these are not discussed, and the conclusion’s win-or-lose statement is unclear. Develop each main advantage with a reason or example to make the response more complete and convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. This makes the two parts of the task easy to identify. You also use signposting such as “The very first reason” and “Talking about the benefits.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, with repeated “Also” and “One” constructions, and several ideas are listed without showing how they connect. References such as “this opportunity,” “that much amount of employees,” and “the another” are not always clear. The conclusion introduces a confusing comparison rather than neatly summarising the main points. Use fewer formulaic transitions and organise each paragraph around one central advantage, followed by its explanation or example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “interacting with the locals,” “culture,” “across the borders,” and “annual revenue.” These choices help communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and some word combinations or forms are inaccurate, which can make meaning less precise. Examples include “living style” for a country’s way of life, “strong bond with the another company,” and “better in buisness.” Spelling errors such as “advertisment,” “buisness,” and “loose” are also noticeable. Some repeated general words, including “better,” “company,” and “opportunity,” reduce variety. Build a more precise set of workplace terms and check spelling and collocations; for instance, describe placements as developing employees’ expertise or strengthening international partnerships.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including questions embedded in a sentence and clauses beginning with “If.” This shows an effort to vary structure. However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors in agreement, articles, and sentence formation sometimes make the reader pause. For example, “how to employees in that nation works” has an incorrect question structure and subject–verb agreement; “this offer also bring” should have a singular verb; and “the another company” uses an incorrect article pattern. The final sentence, “If one wins, the another wins and If I loose another will lose,” is difficult to interpret and needs clearer clause structure and punctuation. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and article use, then check each longer sentence for a clear subject and verb.
