Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays everyone aspect their progress but some people select for this opportunity. Than I first a fall think that a many large international companies expand their work in other country. So their worker also aspect their work to other country their progress.

In many people point of view this type opportunity are very good for their progress. Because work in other country may be their salary increase and other bounace and benifit. Some people think it is very hard for move for other country because their family hometown it is not to easy leave for them. But opportunity comes some time not everytime and challanges are comes everyones life. But its good for earn to money and develop welth.

The companies advantages is it is increase their sales becuse their well educated staff it ther. So they training burden less and other burden also less. It is very helpfull for attract to new costomer and fullfil their demand. In some case this type company more profit in market. Company's share also in high demand on market. I saw this type of company is profit worldwide just like dhirubhai ambani , Tata Birla and also this time most poplar in Gujarat its call Adani Groups. This company also develop their branches in other country and get more profit. This time Adani production is in gasline, electricity to whole country. As it is Tata in Automobiles industry, food industry , and all service area. Tata is very big company in India.

In my opinion people chance to this type opportunity to work from other country to accept and develop own groth. opportunity not comes everytime it is comes some time.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions: you mention higher pay and benefits for employees, and explain that companies may gain sales, attract customers and increase profits. The examples of Tata and Adani also show an attempt to connect the discussion to real businesses. However, the response only partially develops these points. The employee section focuses mainly on money and briefly notes the difficulty of leaving family, without explaining other benefits such as gaining international experience or developing skills. The company advantages are also asserted rather than clearly explained; for example, the link between overseas staff and a reduced training burden is unclear. Your position is present, especially in the conclusion, but it could be stated more clearly and supported with more specific reasoning.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from an introduction to employee benefits, company benefits and a conclusion. This gives the reader some sense of organisation. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow, and several ideas are joined without a clear relationship. For instance, the discussion moves from staff training to attracting customers and then to company shares without explaining the links. Connectors such as “But” and “So” are used, but they do not always show the intended relationship accurately, and “In my opinion” repeats the earlier point rather than drawing the discussion together. Use one main idea per paragraph, develop it in a logical order, and make references such as “this type opportunity” more precise.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “salary,” “benefit,” “sales,” “customers,” “profit” and “branches,” so the main subject is generally recognisable. There are also attempts to express broader ideas, such as “develop own growth.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear, including “everyone aspect their progress,” “training burden less” and “company’s share also in high demand.” Spelling errors such as “bounace,” “benifit,” “challanges” and “costomer” are noticeable and reduce accuracy. Build a bank of topic-specific phrases and check spelling; aim for precise expressions such as “gain international experience” and “expand into overseas markets.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both short statements and longer sentences, including a contrast about employees leaving their families and a reason introduced with “Because.” However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and errors in basic sentence formation frequently make the message difficult to interpret. Examples include “In many people point of view this type opportunity are very good” and “The companies advantages is it is increase their sales,” where agreement and sentence structure are not controlled. Articles, plurals and verb forms also need attention, as in “work in other country” and “opportunity not comes everytime.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clauses using “because,” “although” and “which.” Check that each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
