Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The response addresses both questions and presents a clear overall position: employees gain professional and cultural development, while companies benefit from improved performance, fresh ideas, and stronger international relationships. The employee section is more fully explained, with a relevant example of learning from people with different backgrounds. The company advantages are also relevant, particularly the point about understanding foreign markets, but they are less developed: explain more specifically how this knowledge could improve decisions, customer service, or business growth. The conclusion reinforces the shared benefits, though it mostly repeats earlier points. To strengthen the response further, extend the company-focused ideas with a concrete example and make the links between each advantage and its outcome more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The essay has a clear structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion. Its progression is easy to follow, and signposts such as “To begin with,” “Moreover,” and “On the other hand” help distinguish the main points. The examples are placed alongside the ideas they support, which makes the discussion generally coherent. Some connections are less smooth or precise, however: “As a result” introduces a broad claim about success without fully showing how the preceding example leads to it, and “these both” in the conclusion is an unclear reference. Aim to connect claims and outcomes more explicitly, and use pronouns that clearly identify the ideas being referred to.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
The response uses an adequate range of topic-related vocabulary, including “professional skills,” “cultural awareness,” “international operations,” and “foreign markets.” These phrases help communicate the main ideas, and there are attempts at more formal wording. However, spelling errors such as “numerious,” “interntional,” and “sucess” reduce accuracy, while some choices are imprecise or unnatural, including “sharpning person's personality” and “get successfull is their lives.” Repetition of general terms such as “different” and “benefit” also limits flexibility. Improve by checking spelling carefully, learning natural collocations, and choosing more precise expressions—for example, describing how employees “develop confidence” rather than “sharpen” their personality.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including a clear contrast introduced by “However” and a relative clause in “whose different ideas and way of working motivates them.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. Examples include missing articles in “When person goes,” subject–verb disagreement in “this advancement have” and “which plays,” and incorrect verb forms in “it also assist them” and “helps each other.” The sentence “As a result, they get successfull is their lives” also contains errors that make the meaning less clear. Review articles, agreement, and verb forms, and proofread each sentence for a complete, grammatically consistent structure.
