Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions and maintain a generally positive view, with relevant points about employees learning new skills and companies promoting products or sharing ideas internationally. The example involving Indian companies sending staff to the USA or Canada also relates to the topic, although its meaning and connection to the employee benefits are not fully clear. However, the ideas are limited and often asserted rather than explained: for example, living away from family is said to help employees focus, but this claim needs qualification or support. The company benefits are also mentioned briefly without showing how overseas experience improves performance or business outcomes. Develop each main point with a clear explanation and a specific example, and state your position more clearly in the introduction and conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has an identifiable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the paragraphs broadly separate employee benefits from company advantages. Linking phrases such as “on the one hand,” “furthermore” and “on the other hand” help signal this structure. However, progression within paragraphs is not always clear: the first body paragraph moves from family separation to technology and then to an example about national companies, without explaining the links. Several ideas are joined in long sentences, and repeated connectors sometimes make the writing feel mechanical. The conclusion repeats the general positive view but does not summarise the two main advantages. Organise each paragraph around one central point, explain it before adding an example, and use clearer sentence boundaries and references.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “multinational companies,” “skills,” “talent,” “share their ideas” and “promote their product,” so the reader can identify the main subject. However, the range is limited and many spelling and word-choice errors make the message harder to follow, such as “competetation era,” “thie stff members” and “company economy.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “take a positive response from this chance” and “profits so they need to send their employees.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than adding more ambitious words. Proofread spelling carefully and learn useful phrases such as “gain international experience,” “develop professional skills” and “expand into new markets.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example the sentence beginning “if employees live far from their families” and the point about staff sharing ideas. This shows an effort to express relationships between ideas. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty, with frequent problems in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction. Examples include “everyone want to became,” “every country have,” and “if people go outside so maybe individuals can learn.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to interpret. Practise building accurate sentences with conditional clauses and conjunctions, and avoid joining several complete ideas with “so.” Check subject–verb agreement and verb forms before submitting.
