Student answer (Band 5.5)
In present scenario, multinational corporations offer their employees the ocassion so they can spend some time on abroad while settled there and working as well. I think that this offer is important for the staff because this could give them a chance for their career development and they can experience the life abroad and can learn the new business ideas. for the multinational companies, this ideas give them a chance to grow their business world wide and also could earn more profits.
Firstly, big companies provide their staff members who are working hard for them, offer a promotion or chance to spend some time in another nation and give them a chance to explore their another subsidiary. This will give them a chance for their future career success. employees could explore the working ideas of another nation and these ideas can help them to success in their life. secondly, they might go with their family members, will spend some life abroad and give them an opportunity to explore the diversity of people cultures, their ideas and this could give them a chance to impliment these notions to the business.
This action could help the companiess as well to promote their business in different nations and in future they could open the new company in abroad. this will help them growing buisness ideas and earn more profits.
I am agree with this statement and big international firms should make a plan like this and send the hard working staff to other nation for their future sucess and expand their business toward other countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions and give a clear general view: employees may gain career experience and exposure to another culture, while companies may expand internationally and increase profits. These points are relevant, but they are mostly asserted rather than explained. For example, you say employees can learn “new business ideas” and that these can help their future success, without showing how the experience improves their skills or career prospects. The company benefits are even less developed: opening a new company abroad and earning more profits are mentioned, but the practical link between an employee’s overseas placement and successful expansion is not made clear. Add specific explanations or examples for each benefit, and make the employee and company advantages more distinct.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph focused mainly on employees, a paragraph on companies, and a concluding opinion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly” and “secondly” help signal the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the second employee point moves from travelling with family to cultural diversity and then to applying ideas in business without explaining the connections. Some linking is also mechanical or inaccurate, and the conclusion largely repeats the introduction rather than drawing the two strands together. Use clearer topic sentences, develop one benefit at a time, and connect each explanation explicitly to the question. More precise referencing would also help readers follow which “ideas” or “this” refers to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “multinational corporations,” “career development,” “subsidiary,” and “diversity,” so the main subject is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several expressions are repeated, especially “give them a chance,” “ideas,” and “business.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, such as “ocassion,” “impliment,” “companiess,” and “sucess,” as well as unnatural phrases such as “spend some time on abroad” and “grow their business world wide.” These errors make parts of the response less fluent and occasionally require the reader to interpret the intended meaning. Build a wider set of accurate collocations for international assignments, employee development, and market expansion, and proofread spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, but control is inconsistent, and complex sentences often contain several errors. For example, “employees could explore the working ideas of another nation and these ideas can help them to success” has a faulty construction after “help,” while “I am agree with this statement” uses an incorrect verb pattern. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “this ideas give them” and the run-on sequence beginning “This action could help the companiess as well.” Capitalisation at sentence beginnings is inconsistent. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, verb patterns such as “help someone succeed,” and sentence punctuation. Shorter, well-controlled sentences would make your ideas clearer while you develop more varied structures.
