Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus on the benefits for employees and companies. For employees, you identify higher earning potential, international exposure and possible opportunities for family members; for companies, you explain that sending an existing employee can provide a trusted person and reduce recruitment and training costs. These are pertinent reasons, but some are less fully developed than others. For example, the claim about family members gaining education and work experience is introduced without explaining how this benefit follows or giving an example. The company benefits are clearer, though they could be supported with a specific illustration. Develop each main point with a brief explanation or example to make the response more convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, two body paragraphs focused mainly on employee benefits, a paragraph on company benefits, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “First and foremost,” “Secondly,” and “To Conclude” help signal progression. However, the first body paragraph combines the company’s expansion rationale with employee benefits, so the division between the two parts of the question is not always clear. Some links are also mechanical, and “In addition to that” repeats the previous company point rather than developing a distinct one. Use topic sentences that clearly identify whose advantages are being discussed, and connect each explanation directly to its main point. This would make the organisation easier to follow without changing the basic structure.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of relevant vocabulary, including “international exposure,” “reliable and trustworthy,” “potential income,” and “hiring and training,” which helps communicate the main ideas. There are also attempts at more specific expressions such as “growth horizon,” although this is not a natural collocation in context. Spelling errors and inaccurate word forms are noticeable, including “technoloical,” “experiance,” and “inrernational,” and phrases such as “large size companies” and “strong points in their resume” are awkward. These issues do not prevent the reader from understanding the response, but they limit precision and naturalness. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations for employment, overseas assignments and professional development.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including clauses with “which” and “rather than,” and the overall meaning is generally clear. However, some errors in agreement, articles and sentence construction remain. For example, “many companies have their branches” is followed by “Companies also provides,” where the plural subject requires a plural verb; “The organization also offer” has the same agreement problem. Articles and prepositions are also inconsistent in phrases such as “in other country” and “in certain country.” The opening sentence is a fragment-like construction, and several long sentences would be clearer if divided or carefully punctuated. Review subject–verb agreement and article use, then proofread each sentence for a complete, well-formed structure.
