Student answer (Band 5.5)

We are living in a fast paced world where most of the people are getting chances to visit another countries for employment. There are many reasons to send the employers to work in anothers regions.

First and foremost reason is that they can earn more money to visit abroad. For example, if a person is working in amazon company in india and getting 20,000 rupees monthly can get around 4000 dollars in canada if they promoted india to canada.Result, they cn give better life to theor family Secondly, they can learn about different cultures as well. Thirdly, they can change their lifestyles and can give better future to their kids.

Moreover, there are several advantages companies can get to promote workers in another countries. Initally, companies can get better results. Examplify, a person came from Europe to America and has much knowledge about accounts and their way of work is very unique and differ from the company, can train other employers. As a result, company can see positive results in few weeks also can grow rapidly.

In my opinion, it is overall good to get chances to work in abroad so that people get to know about different cultures , their way of work, their lifestyles as well. Also, companies can see the success or can get positive results to accept employers point of view or their way of working.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both questions: you mention higher earnings, cultural learning and family benefits for employees, and knowledge-sharing and improved results for companies. However, the response only partially develops these points. The salary example is difficult to follow, and the claim that a worker can earn more in Canada is not explained or supported clearly. The company benefit of training colleagues is relevant, but the link to faster growth remains general. Your concluding opinion repeats the main ideas rather than adding support. The response is 20 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and illustrate your points. Develop each main idea with a clear explanation and a specific, plausible example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph about employees, one about companies, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “First and foremost,” “Secondly,” “Moreover,” and “As a result” help readers follow the main sections. However, some links are mechanical, and progression within paragraphs is not always clear. For example, the salary example moves abruptly from a monthly income in India to a figure in Canada, while “Result” does not clearly connect the claim to its consequence. The final paragraph largely repeats earlier points. Use fewer formulaic transitions and make the relationship between each claim, explanation and example explicit; clearer referencing would also help readers track who is being discussed.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “different cultures,” “positive results,” “knowledge,” and “way of working.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “promote workers” and “point of view,” but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and sometimes make meaning harder to understand. For instance, “promote india to canada” does not clearly express transferring an employee, and “employers” is used where you mean employees. Spelling errors such as “anothers,” “Examplify,” and “theor” further reduce clarity. Build a more precise set of workplace collocations and check spelling and word forms carefully; this will make your ideas easier to understand without needing more complex vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional example beginning “if a person is working…” and a sentence explaining how an experienced worker could train colleagues. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the relationships between ideas difficult to follow. For example, “can get around 4000 dollars in canada if they promoted india to canada” has an unclear subject and incorrect verb construction, while “company can see positive results in few weeks also can grow rapidly” lacks clear sentence structure and articles. There are also errors in plurals, agreement and punctuation. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause, then check verb forms, articles and sentence boundaries.
