Thesedays, there are number of overseas firms which offer their employees the opportunity to living and wrok from another country. This essay will discuss how this offer helpful for staff as well as the benefits of this development for organisations.
On the one hand, this opportunity be good for employees because they can get an international work experience. When workers work from another country, then they can connect with the clients and people with the same nation where they get the offer for living. Hence, they can not only enhance their knowledge about how to deal with international consumers but they can also improve their communication skills.Hence, this approach may hepls in employees career growth.
On the other hand, this development also have some advantages for the firms. The significant benefits is less language barriers. Nowadays, many companies work all over the world and they face a language problem when they deal with different nations. When they send their staff memebers in another countries, then they will learn the language which is spoken in the nation. Consequently, these employees help the firm to overcome the language barriers and crack the deals in an effective way. Furthermore, this approach also helps in expand their business in overseaes. Taking everything into consideration, although this development is good for staff because they can get international work experience and improve thier communication skills, this has also benefits for organisations which helps the companies to overcome the deal challenges which creates due to the different languages and this approach also helps to increase their profit by expending the business into another countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses both questions and maintains a relevant focus: employees may gain international experience and improve communication, while companies may reduce language barriers and expand into overseas markets. These are appropriate reasons, and the example of staff helping a firm make deals gives the business point some support. However, the employee benefits are developed less fully than the company benefits: explain more specifically how living abroad builds skills or supports career progression. The company discussion also makes broad claims about expansion and profits without showing how employees’ local knowledge or contacts would produce those outcomes. A more precise example and fuller explanation of each main idea would make the response more convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion. The signposts “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” make the two parts of the task easy to follow, and ideas generally progress from a benefit to its consequence. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and shows some features of stronger progression. However, linking is sometimes mechanical, particularly the repeated “Hence” and “then,” and the conclusion compresses several points into one long sentence. Some references, such as “this approach,” are also broad. Use a wider range of natural links and make connections between claims explicit to improve flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The response uses enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate its main points, including “international work experience,” “communication skills,” “language barriers,” and “expand their business.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions such as “overcome” barriers and “crack the deals.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, spelling, and collocation errors are noticeable: “overseaes,” “memebers,” “expending,” and “crack the deals” reduce precision. Some phrases are also repetitive, especially “this approach” and “another country/countries.” Choose more natural business collocations and check spelling and word forms; this would make the vocabulary more accurate and flexible.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple and complex sentences, including a “not only…but also” construction and clauses introduced by “because,” “when,” and “if.” Meaning is generally recoverable, but errors occur across sentence forms and sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “there are number” (missing article), “this opportunity be good” (missing verb), “this development also have” (agreement), and “it can helps” (incorrect verb form). The final sentence is also difficult to control because several ideas are joined into one structure. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and verb patterns, and divide longer sentences where needed. More consistently accurate sentences would strengthen the response.
