Nowadays many large international organisations helps their employees to explore the work culture and living experience of another country. This can benefit the employees in multiple ways such as people get the exposure of working in multiculturalism and develops their personalities on corporate level. This also helps esteemed companies in cutting cost effectively as well as development of company by better team collaboratings.

It has been witnessed that, when people working in one country gets an oppotunity to work in another country gets real time exposure of working with people from different cultures. For instance, when a person who is working in India for almost five years gets the offer of working with Americans in USA, it really helps him to grow and collaborate with people in more professional way and it also improves his communication skills. Furthermore, people working in another country develops their perspectives on a huge level and becomes less judgemental in life which enhances their personality personally as well as in professional life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

The response addresses both questions and maintains a clear focus on the benefits to employees and companies. The employee section explains cultural exposure, communication skills and personal development, with the India–USA example helping to illustrate the first point. For companies, you identify reduced recruitment and training costs, employee loyalty and collaboration across projects. These are relevant ideas, though some are asserted rather than fully explained: for example, the link between overseas assignments and loyalty could be developed with a reason or example, and the claim about completing multiple projects with the same staff needs clearer explanation. The conclusion summarises both sides. To strengthen the response further, extend the less-developed points and make the cause-and-effect links more precise throughout.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. The progression from cultural exposure to company savings is easy to follow, and examples are placed near the ideas they support. You also use a range of linking expressions, including “Furthermore,” “To illustrate,” and “Moreover.” At times, however, these transitions feel formulaic, and some connections between ideas are not fully clear. For instance, the move from saving recruitment costs to employee loyalty would benefit from a more explicit link. The long final sentence also combines several points, making the conclusion less controlled. Use referencing and transitions to show relationships between ideas, rather than relying mainly on signposting phrases.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “multicultural,” “communication skills,” “hiring and training process,” and “collaborative.” There are also attempts at more formal expressions such as “considerable benefit” and “significantly.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unnatural, which limits precision: “exposure of working in multiculturalism,” “team collaboratings,” and “better collaborative approch” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “oppotunity,” “benfit,” and “approch” also reduce accuracy. Build a reliable set of phrases for workplace and international experience, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise, natural collocations would make the argument clearer and more fluent.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The response attempts a mix of simple and complex structures, including a conditional example and the inversion “Not only does employee get…”. Meaning is generally understandable, but errors in agreement, articles and verb forms occur across the essay. For example, “organisations helps” should use a plural verb, while “people … gets” and “companies does not need” also show agreement problems. In “people working in another country develops,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “the employee gets” would require an article or plural form. Some sentences are also awkwardly constructed, particularly the opening of the second paragraph. Review subject–verb agreement and article use, then proofread complex sentences to ensure that each clause is grammatically complete and clearly connected.
