IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Nowadays many large international companies offer their staff the opportunity to spend a period of time living and working in another country.

Why might this opportunity be good for employees?

What advantages does this development have for companies?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

Most of the international companies are allowing thier staff for an oppertunity to live and work in different countries. So that, many of the people are going out of their home countries to live and work. That will create significat benfits to companies and employees as well.

Now a days most of international companies are providing this opportunity for thier employees as part of their promotion. By that way, it might increase the improvemnet of their perfomance by creating as well being for thier employees as well as creating benefits for the institution. While giving them those opportunities paved way for people to experience new culture, new life style and advancement in thier life through higher financial benefits not only for thier personal adancement also for thier kids as well. For instance. An employee who got a chance to work in USA with a higher post and increase in thier remuneration, that way he/she can bring thier family too the country which makes opportunity for their kids to get higher education from a foreign country.

On the other hand, Companies can have significat benefit from this, while making thier employee loyal towards the company which will absolutley improves the companies growth. Providing employees to access experience and knowldge from different county which will make new ideas and informationa which is ideal and that will contributes to the companies success and growth. Moreover, Companies can also introduce the needful advancement in technologies or the methods that are following using the ideas that brought up by the employees who had knowledge from the different country experience. For example, Even if a company is using outdated technology and making loss towards the output and introduced a newly technology by an employer who works in different companies may creates a drastic changes in companies growth.

To sum up, while proving the opportunities to work in different nations may benefits both employees and companies as well. From the past researches shows that most of the companies are coming up with idea to make more significant benefits to target on the higher sucess of the company.

The conclusion also introduces a general claim about research rather than neatly summarising the points already made. Use clearer links between each claim and its explanation, and keep each paragraph focused on a logical sequence.

You use both simple and longer sentence forms, including clauses with “which” and “who,” and the main ideas are usually understandable.
