Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus: the employee benefits include professional growth, communication skills and exposure to other cultures, while the company benefits include international connections, collaboration and market expansion. These are appropriate ideas, and the example about staff gaining confidence helps illustrate the employee perspective. However, some points are asserted rather than explained. For instance, “financial perks” are mentioned in the introduction and conclusion but not developed in the body, and the claim that employees work with “foreign graduates” is unclear. The company discussion offers several relevant advantages, but the example of multinational companies expanding remains general. Explain how overseas experience produces each benefit and support the points with more specific examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion. Sequencing is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “For instance” help readers recognise the development of ideas. However, some linking is mechanical, and several sentences combine multiple points without showing their relationship clearly. The opening sentence of the first body paragraph, for example, moves from professional growth to personal growth, then introduces communication skills through a long chain of clauses. The conclusion also repeats benefits rather than synthesising the two perspectives. Use clearer sentence boundaries and connect each explanation directly to the point it supports; ensure references such as “this” have an unmistakable antecedent.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “professional development,” “cross border collaboration,” “foreign market,” and “technical skills.” These choices show attempts to discuss business and employee benefits beyond basic terms. However, inaccurate collocations, word forms and spelling errors reduce precision: “introduce their company at international market,” “enhance their business deals,” and “substantial growth of company's market” are not natural formulations. There are also repeated errors such as “comapnies,” “bussiness,” “enhace,” and “meanigful.” Some expressions, including “foreign graduates,” do not clearly convey the intended meaning. Aim for accurate, natural combinations and proofread spelling; this will make your ideas more precise and easier to follow.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because,” “so that,” and “as,” and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. Some grammatical errors nevertheless affect clarity. For example, “working abroad offers employees to gain” needs a different verb pattern, while “one of the main reasons … is that it enhances” requires a complete and correctly formed clause. Agreement is also inconsistent in “the top performing employee bring” and “which rapidly increase.” Other examples include “this opportunity to allows” and “it sometimes create,” where verb forms do not match the subject. Work on verb patterns, subject–verb agreement, articles and sentence boundaries, then check each sentence for a clear subject and main verb. More accurate control of these structures would strengthen the response.
