Nowadays many large international companies offer their staff the opportunity to spend a period of time living and working in another country.

Why might this opportunity be good for employees?

What advantages does this development have for companies?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

Today, there are several organizations that are very large are providing offers to their employees to move to another nations for living and working for long periods. In this essay, first I will discuss that how tis offer is advantageous for employee then I will discuss how it will benefical for employees as well.

There are numerous benefits of this for employees. Firstly employees can learn new skills by going to different countries because when they go outside from their countries they have to do work with different people they get chance to improve their skills. Moreove, they can improve their communication skills because they have to work with those people who are from different nations and backgrounds. So, by working with them they can improve their communication skill and gain their experience. Also, employees will get a chance to build their career in different nation and also learn different culture and traditions by interacting with different individuals and gain their confidence. For example, my cousin came from india to canada through his company he learnt a lot and now became very good businessman and he also became biligual by learning french.

on the other hand, it is very beneficial for companies because companies because they can expand their businesses. For example, there is company who is selling cosmatic products to another nation. So, if their employees going in that nation for work they can know then needs of their customers from ground level what they want and what they do not want. So, they can provide satisfaction and increase their sales. Employees and learn team work with different people. in this way, by working as a team is benficial they can get more opinons and ideas from different people.

conclusion, it is clears from above discussion that sending employees to another country is advantageous for employees and companies because employees can learn new skills and gain their confidence and companies and expand its business.
