Nowadays many large international companies offer their staff the opportunity to spend a period of time living and working in another country.

Why might this opportunity be good for employees?

What advantages does this development have for companies?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

In recent years, many tier-1 and multi national companies are offer their staff the opportunity to spend a period of time to work in another country. It will help employee to develop their communication skills and ability to adapt the new environment. It will be benefit for companies to complete the international project without any delays and keep the high potential employee to work in the same company by giving opportunity to work in another country.

Many employees find this opportunity is a good for them. One of the main reasons is to develop their skills such as communication and adaptability skills. For example, If an employee work in different country will made their mind set according to their country culture and environment to develop skills. Therefore, It will gives them a chance to focus on project. Hence, giving an opportunity to employees to work in different country help their skills to develop.

Furthermore, there is an advantages for companies if an employees commute to different countries. One of the major beneficial for companies to complete the project without any further delays.If a potential emoployee who works with an international team to complete the project but the time zone made major problem to resolve the delay of communication the company will send their employee to work in different country. For instence, If an employee work in same time zone and communicate with co workers the project will complete without any delays. As result, the project will be complete in their project deadline and It helps company to hold an employee to work in their organisation for longer. Hence, This development is beneficial for comapnies by holding a potenitial employee and complete the project without any disturbance.

In conclusion, Employee who work in different countries it will help them to develop their skills. companies who offered for an employees to work in another countries can give company a potential employee to work long years and complete the task without any delays. it is a postive for both employees and companies.
