Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0

The response is only minimally developed and does not adequately answer either question. It mentions possible benefits for employees—exploring a new place, broadening knowledge, and becoming familiar with a new culture—but gives no explanation or example to show how these experiences help them. The company question is not meaningfully addressed: “This shift can brought various positive advancement in the form of productivity” is an unclear claim rather than an explanation of a business advantage. The brief conclusion repeats an employee benefit without resolving both parts of the task. The response also falls substantially short of the required 250 words. To improve, explain specific benefits for employees and companies, support each with relevant examples, and develop a clear response to both questions.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is a basic attempt at organisation: an opening statement is followed by a short discussion and a concluding sentence. The ideas about employees are broadly related, and “Although” and “not only…but also” show an attempt to connect points. However, the response does not progress through the two questions in a clear sequence. The company benefit appears only as a vague sentence, and the conclusion returns to employees rather than summarising both sides. The opening fragment, “shift trend opportunity offers enhance / proffesional settings,” also interrupts the flow. Use separate, purposeful paragraphs for employee and company advantages, and connect each explanation to a specific example so the reader can follow the argument.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The response includes some relevant topic vocabulary, such as “multi-national firms,” “workers,” “productivity,” and “new culture,” and attempts phrases such as “broaden their knowledge.” However, the range is narrow, and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems make the meaning less clear. For example, “changing the work and living place” is awkward, “widely often seen” is redundant, and “positive advancement” does not express the intended business benefit naturally. There are also spelling errors in “proffesional,” “limitied,” “thesedays,” “broden,” and “familier.” Build a more precise range for discussing international assignments, such as “gain cross-cultural experience” and “transfer expertise,” and check spelling and collocations carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

There is an attempt to use more than simple sentences, including the concessive structure “Although this shift may effect the life patterns of workers” and the paired construction “not only… but also.” However, control of verb forms and sentence construction is inconsistent. “This shift can brought” needs a base verb after “can,” while “it not only helps” is missing the auxiliary “does” if the intended structure is “it does not only…” or should be recast as “it helps not only… but also…”. The opening line is a sentence fragment, and the first sentence is difficult to parse because several phrases are combined awkwardly. Practise accurate modal-verb patterns and build clear sentences around one main idea at a time.
