Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions by discussing employees’ experience, skills, punctuality and exposure to IT expertise, as well as benefits to firms such as improved productivity and reduced losses. These are relevant ideas, and the link between learning from experienced staff and producing more effectively gives the response a useful central point. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the employee benefits are mixed with company benefits, and several claims—such as workers becoming “more civilized”—are asserted without a clear explanation or example. The conclusion is also incomplete, ending with “produce good” rather than clearly summarising the advantages. Organise the response around the two questions and explain each benefit with a specific example or consequence.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the response begins with a general statement, develops several related benefits, and attempts a concluding summary. Linking expressions such as “In addition,” “Furthermore” and “To sum up” help signal movement between points. However, the paragraph does not consistently separate advantages for employees from advantages for companies, so the progression is difficult to follow. Several connectors are used mechanically or join ideas unclearly, as in “hence, it provides crucial benefit to factory” and “as a result, it brings great source of wealth.” The conclusion is unfinished, which weakens the overall structure. Use one paragraph for employee benefits and another for company benefits, with each paragraph following a clear point–explanation–example sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “productivity,” “experienced,” “output” and “IT experts,” and these choices show an effort to discuss workplace benefits. However, the range is limited and many word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning hard to interpret: “working labour,” “foreign trained staff,” “great source of wealth” and “IT profession staff” are not natural in these contexts. Spelling errors such as “effeciency,” “benifit,” “utelizing” and “puncthula” are also noticeable. Aim for precise, natural phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, describe employees as “staff members” and say that overseas experience can “improve productivity” rather than “obtain a better productivity.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to combine ideas using longer sentences and subordinate clauses, for example, “it is often experienced that, people in their own society did not follow timeframe regularly but in foreign nation they will be trained accordingly.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in articles, verb forms, agreement and punctuation make parts difficult to read. Examples include “large number of firms offer,” “to spent a period time,” and “the foreign trained staff brings”; the final sentence also lacks a complete grammatical ending. Sentence boundaries and spacing around punctuation are inconsistent. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check articles, verb forms and subject–verb agreement during proofreading.
