Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is good that companies are offering their employees to work remotely from other part of world. This creates flexibility and help user to experience different work culture.
Working from another country is benificial for employees in many ways. Employees will be getting different exposures and will be introduced to new peoples. They will get to know the culture of that country and also learn how the local people handle their job. For example: Employee working in another country can work remotely and get flexibility. Meanwhile, they can roam around the country and explore things, make friends and learn culture.
On the other hand, it is also benificial for the companies. Companies can ask employees to make international connections to expand their business in future. It will help the organisation in expanding their range of business and hire people directly from different countries fore remote work. For example: Companies that send their employees to different countries can advertise their business to others through that employee. And can also hire people around the world and create a remote workstation.
In conclusion, getting offer from the organisation in regards to work from abroad is a very learnable opportunity for employees. Employees like to have opportinies that gives them freedom and meanwhile, companies will also get its benifit if they are planning to expand their network and delivering their services globally. So in the end it is benificial for both.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus on employees and companies. For employees, you mention exposure to another culture, learning local work practices, and greater flexibility; for companies, you identify international connections, business expansion, and recruitment. However, these points are mostly listed rather than explained, and the example about employees working remotely and exploring the country does not clearly show how living and working abroad benefits them professionally. The company benefits also need a more specific explanation or example. The response is 13 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop your ideas. Explain the cause-and-effect links and support each main point with a relevant, concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and a conclusion. Transitions such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the answer, and the reader can follow the main points. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “Meanwhile” does not clearly link the work example to exploring the country, and the sentence beginning “And can also hire people” is an incomplete continuation rather than a fully connected idea. The conclusion repeats earlier points instead of bringing them together. Use clearer links between each claim and its explanation, and make sure each sentence is grammatically complete.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “work culture,” “international connections,” “expand their business,” and “globally.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, spelling, and collocation errors are noticeable. “Different exposures” is not a natural way to describe learning from another workplace, while “new peoples” and “remote workstation” are also imprecise in context. The repeated misspelling of “beneficial,” along with “opportinies” and “benifit,” reduces accuracy. Aim for more precise phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, describe employees gaining “international work experience” and companies building “a presence in overseas markets.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use mostly simple sentences, with some attempts to combine ideas using clauses such as “if they are planning to expand their network.” The main message is generally understandable, but errors in agreement, articles, plurals, and sentence construction occur. In “This creates flexibility and help user,” the verb does not agree with its subject, and “Employees like to have opportinies that gives them freedom” contains a mismatch between the plural noun and verb. “And can also hire people” is a sentence fragment, while “Employees will be getting” is an unnecessarily awkward verb form. Practise building accurate compound and complex sentences, checking that subjects and verbs agree and that each sentence has a complete main clause.
