Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address both questions by identifying benefits for employees, such as learning about another culture and developing communication skills, and for companies, such as gaining ideas and building staff loyalty. These points are relevant, but they are mostly listed rather than explained or supported with examples. The opening also gives an unclear position: “I believe this development there is beneficial for the companies to improve and develop their skills” does not clearly state the benefits for both groups. The conclusion is incomplete, ending with “I believe working abroad ve”. The response is also 87 words below the required minimum, which leaves too little space to develop the ideas. Explain how each benefit works and add a specific example for employees and companies.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employees and companies, and an attempted conclusion. This makes the two parts of the question easy to identify. You also use basic linking expressions such as “As a result,” “In addition,” and “Furthermore.” However, progression within the paragraphs is limited because ideas are presented as short lists, and some connections are unclear. For example, “In the future, they can share what they learn about the company and more motivated” does not clearly show how the ideas relate. The unfinished conclusion interrupts the overall flow. Develop each main point in a logical sequence—benefit, explanation, example—and use clear references to show who “they” refers to.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “communication skills,” “culture,” “strategies,” “loyalty,” and “motivated.” These words help convey the general subject, but the range is limited and some phrases are repetitive or imprecise. “Improve their lifestyle” is vague in this context, while “develop their skills” is repeated without specifying which skills or how they develop. There are also awkward word combinations, such as “learn a new language skills” and “explore the places.” Aim for more precise, natural collocations and vary the language used to describe benefits. For instance, you could explain that overseas work broadens cultural awareness or helps employees gain international experience.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer sentences, including “As a result, employees improve their lifestyle and face challenges in life,” but most structures are simple, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts difficult to follow. The opening has an incomplete construction: “I believe this development there is beneficial.” In “They can learn a new language skills,” the article and plural noun do not agree, and “employees their make decisions” has an incorrect word order. “An employees they can improve” also combines incompatible subject forms. The final sentence is incomplete. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then extend them with clauses using “because,” “which,” or “so that.” Check each sentence for a clear subject and complete verb.
