Student answer (Band 5.0)
Recently, numerous large global companies offer their staff the privilige to travel and explore other countrie's potential jobs,as well as vacations or scheduled visit.I strongly believe the chances given to employees are beneficial as we will discuss in this essay.
One significant benefit is that it creates good language skills among the staffs. The staffs are opportuned to various countries to acquire more skills and apply for other job postions. For instance, workers with good communciation skills will be valueable to the companies with serious language barries. In addition,Working in a foreign country is considerable essential to the residents because it helps in coperation and understanding many cultures and traditions of various individuals.
There is positive impacts in understanding the countries customs and traditions. For instance,Ghana is a great african country ,woking there will enable more exposures to there various foods as well as way of lifeisat weighs the negative effects.
Another considerable advantage is channeling peoples work proposals that will be essential in the company.Staffs share work space with residents and foreign staffs establishing rapport, interact more often in the work environment. This encourages them to present different work ideas and experiences in the organization. This is seen in marketing system, like the banks where numerous numbers of staffs are consulted by customers for financial purposes.
To sum up,presently many large companies offer their staff opportunity to spend holidays and work in another country.I contend that this has greatly enhanced good communications and awareness in all the countries.Another considerable benefits is the skill acquistion it increases ,thereby creating more intelluctual workers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions by identifying employee benefits such as language development and cultural understanding, and company benefits such as staff sharing ideas. The examples about working in Ghana and banks give the response some relevant support. However, the discussion is only partial: the company advantage is briefly asserted rather than explained, and the Ghana example is unclear, especially the phrase about exposure to food and “way of life” outweighing negative effects. The opening and conclusion also focus on travel and holidays, which does not clearly reflect the task’s emphasis on living and working abroad. Develop each benefit with a clear explanation of how it helps employees or the company, and maintain a consistent position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, paragraphs on benefits, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “For instance,” “In addition,” and “To sum up” help signal examples and the ending. However, progression between ideas is uneven: the paragraph beginning “There is positive impacts” repeats cultural understanding and introduces an unclear example, while the company-benefit paragraph shifts quickly from rapport to work proposals and marketing. Some connections are difficult to follow, and repeated references to “considerable advantage” and “For instance” make cohesion mechanical. Give each paragraph one clear focus, order its explanation and example logically, and use pronouns or transitions only where their references are clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “language skills,” “cultures and traditions,” “work proposals,” and “establishing rapport.” These choices show some awareness of the subject, but the usable range is limited and frequent spelling and word-choice errors sometimes make meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “privilige,” “communciation,” “valueable,” and “intelluctual”; phrases such as “channeling peoples work proposals” and “serious language barries” are also unclear or unnatural. Some expressions, including “scheduled visit,” do not precisely describe a period of living and working abroad. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations such as “develop language proficiency,” “share ideas,” and “overcome language barriers.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures with clauses, for example, “For instance, workers with good communciation skills will be valueable to the companies…” and “Staffs share work space with residents and foreign staffs establishing rapport…”. However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur frequently enough to make parts difficult to read. “There is positive impacts” has incorrect subject–verb agreement, while “the staffs are opportuned to various countries” lacks a clear grammatical construction. Several sentences run together after commas, and the final sentence, “Another considerable benefits is the skill acquistion it increases,” is not well formed. Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and punctuate them clearly.
