Student answer (Band 6.0)
Thesedays many well reputed firms provide their staff memebers with an opportunity to work and stay in a different country which brings enormous benefits for both employees and employers such as exposure to foregion culture and experience, and by attracting various growth opportunities to the company. This essay will discuss possible reasons and advantages of this trend both companies and workers.
To begin with, companies who offer remote jobs to their employees attract more young talent as compared to local companies. Because this working style offers the employees to travel abroad and experience different cultures. In addition, when a company sends their worker for job in another country they acquire useful working skills which an employee can teach their fellow employees later. This might contribute in the growth and productivity of future projects in the company. For example, when a member of staff joins international meeting he/she get an experience to make big deals and finalise contracts from the bigger business owners.
On the other hand, when employees travel and stay in a different country they get an exposure of distinct work culture. During this experience they learn a unique working style and gain confidence to work independently in any condition. Furthermore, work related travels make jobs more interesting and less stressful. For example, people often get stressed by following same work routine in this situation traveling provides them with an unusual environment. Therefore, remote jobs make work more engaging and less tiring. In addition, work related travels give staff a chance to spend quality time with their family. This will allow them to make memories with them while working without affecting professional life.
To Conclude, working and living remotely brings various considerable benefits for both employers and employees by provding the opportunities of growth and making jobs joyful.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus on benefits for workers and companies. The company-side points—attracting young talent and transferring skills gained abroad to colleagues—are pertinent, and the example of an employee gaining experience in international meetings helps illustrate this. You also explain how exposure to another work culture may build confidence and make work more engaging. However, some ideas are less fully developed: the claim that travel reduces stress is asserted rather than explained in detail, and the point about spending quality time with family is not clearly connected to living and working abroad. Develop each benefit with a clearer explanation or a specific example to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for company and employee benefits, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “To begin with,” “On the other hand,” and “Furthermore” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, the contrast marker “On the other hand” is not quite appropriate because the employee benefits do not oppose the company benefits; “For employees” would make the shift clearer. Some connections are also mechanical, with repeated “In addition” and “For example,” while the family-time point appears abruptly at the end of the employee paragraph. Group related ideas and use clearer references between claims and explanations to improve progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary, including “distinct work culture,” “productivity,” “independently,” and “professional life,” which helps communicate the main ideas. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “considerable benefits” and “growth opportunities.” However, spelling errors and imprecise or unnatural combinations reduce accuracy, including “Thesedays,” “memebers,” “foregion,” and “get an exposure.” Phrases such as “remote jobs” and “work-related travels” are not always precise for the task, which concerns living and working in another country rather than necessarily working remotely. Aim for accurate spelling and more natural collocations, such as “gain exposure to” and “international assignments.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex structures, including subordinate clauses beginning “when” and “because,” and the sentence explaining that skills can be taught to colleagues. The main meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors occur. For example, “he/she get an experience” has a subject–verb agreement error and an unnecessary article, while “offer the employees to travel” uses an incorrect verb pattern. The opening sentence is also overloaded, making the relationship between its ideas difficult to follow. Use more controlled sentence boundaries and check agreement, articles, and verb patterns; for instance, write “employees the opportunity to travel” and “they gain experience.”
