Student answer (Band 5.5)
Now a days many large international companies offer their staff the opportunity to spend a period of time living and working in another country. Working in another countries is good for employees as well as for development of company.
If we talk about employees, they get a chance to live and enjoy the benefits of living their and help them to explore different cultures. Working in another country helps them to connect and learn new ways how they work for the betterment of their country. On contrary, employees working in another country could get more chances by acquiring new skills, and more opportunities. Employees, for example, if return to their own country they are offered good jobs with more incentives. I know a man who was sent to another country by his company, he was welcomed by many other international companies with a handsome salary offer and many incentives. Suppose, if an employee do not return and decides to stay there, it is even a good approach by living there and ejoying a good life-style.
Now, if we discuss about the advantages for companies about the develpoment, then it is beyond the thought. Companies not only contribute to the economy of the country, but also get a chance to introduce their products at international level. For example, suppose a small product, even a pack of chips if presented at international level and get famous among people, is a good developement of company.
In conclusion, if international companies offer their staff to spend a period of time living and working in another country, it is beneficial for both, the employees as well as for the development and growth of the company. At the same time, it contributes to the country's economy and bonding with other countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant overall position: working abroad can benefit employees through cultural exposure, skills and career prospects, while companies may gain international reach. The example of a worker receiving offers after returning helps illustrate the employee benefits. However, the company advantages are less fully explained: introducing products internationally is relevant, but the chips example does not show clearly how sending staff abroad produces this result. Some employee points, such as “enjoying a good life-style,” are also asserted rather than developed. Explain the mechanisms and add specific support—for instance, how overseas experience helps staff transfer market knowledge or build client relationships—to develop the ideas more evenly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: it introduces the topic, discusses employees, turns to companies, and ends with a conclusion. Paragraphing helps distinguish the two parts of the question, and signposts such as “For example” and “In conclusion” make the direction easy to follow. However, some linking is mechanical or unclear. “On contrary” does not clearly connect the preceding point, while “Now, if we discuss about” is an awkward transition. The employee paragraph also moves from cultural learning to job offers and then to staying abroad without a clear progression. Group related benefits and use more precise links to show cause and effect, so the reader can follow how each point supports your argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “different cultures,” “acquiring new skills,” “international level,” and “economy.” There are also attempts at less common expressions such as “incentives” and “betterment.” However, word choice and collocation are often imprecise or repetitive: “development of company,” “good approach,” and “beyond the thought” do not express the intended meanings naturally. Spelling errors such as “develpoment,” “developement,” and “ejoying” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise range of business vocabulary and check spelling; for example, describe companies as “expanding into overseas markets” rather than simply presenting products at an international level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional forms such as “if return to their own country” and “if an employee do not return.” These attempts show a willingness to express hypothetical situations, but some sentence structures and verb forms are inaccurate. For example, “if return” needs a clear subject and correct verb form, and “an employee do not return” has subject–verb disagreement. There are also errors in articles, plurals and prepositions, as in “another countries” and “discuss about the advantages.” Some long sentences combine several ideas without clear grammatical control. Practise accurate conditional clauses and subject–verb agreement, and use shorter sentences when a complex structure becomes difficult to manage.
