Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions and maintain a positive view of the opportunity. For employees, you mention cultural exposure, learning languages, a change from routine, and greater job satisfaction; for companies, you identify increased morale and access to knowledge about business practices and advances abroad. These are relevant points, but several are asserted rather than explained. For example, the link between visiting monuments and “broaden[ing] their thinking abilities” needs a clearer explanation, and the business benefits could be illustrated with a specific example. The response is also 8 words below the required minimum. Develop each main benefit with a reason or example, and ensure the response meets the stated length.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph about employees, one about companies, and a concluding summary. This makes the two parts of the question easy to identify. You also use signposting such as “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” and “Overall.” However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. “On contrary” does not smoothly introduce the company-focused paragraph, and “Even to companies” in the introduction is awkwardly linked to the preceding point. Within paragraphs, ideas sometimes appear as a list rather than a developed sequence. Use clearer transitions and explain how one benefit leads to the next—for instance, how an overseas assignment could improve an employee’s performance and then benefit the company.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use an adequate range of vocabulary for the topic, including “multinational companies,” “job satisfaction,” “productivity,” and “morale.” These terms help communicate the main ideas, and attempts such as “monotonous work schedule” and “cost cutting” show some willingness to use more specific language. However, several choices or collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, including “explore various cultural diversities,” “working assets,” and “technological perks.” There are also spelling errors such as “abilties” and “definetely.” These do not prevent understanding, but they reduce precision. Aim for natural combinations such as “experience cultural differences,” “valuable employees,” and “technological advances,” and proofread spelling carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, and the overall meaning is generally clear. For example, the sentence beginning “Moreover, it can be a refreshing…” adds a further benefit, while the final sentence attempts to summarise both sides. Some grammatical errors remain, particularly with articles, plurals, and sentence construction. Examples include “from different country” and “other culture,” which need plural or article adjustments, and “employees increased productivity,” where the relationship between the noun and possessive is unclear. Punctuation spacing is also inconsistent. Review article use and possessives, and divide long or crowded sentences into clearer units. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to follow.
