Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You identify relevant benefits for employees, including time with family, stronger loyalty, and improved living standards, and you mention a company benefit: greater appreciation from staff. However, the task is addressed only partially. The company-side advantages are barely explained, and the employee points are asserted rather than developed; for example, the reference to currency differences does not clearly show how working abroad improves employees’ circumstances. The TCS example is relevant in principle but needs a specific explanation of what employees or the company gain. The response is also 87 words below the required minimum, which leaves too little space to explain both questions fully. Develop each main idea with a clear cause-and-effect explanation and a relevant example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, a paragraph about employees, and a final paragraph about companies. Sequencing words such as “Firstly” and “Secondly” help signal the employee points. However, there is no clear overall progression because the company discussion is reduced to one brief statement, and the final paragraph does not develop the topic. Some links are unclear or mechanical: “The Bonus of time living from companies” does not clearly connect to the preceding idea, while “This development have advantages for institutions such as by providing these incentives” is difficult to follow. Build a separate, developed paragraph for company benefits and use clear references and transitions to show how each point relates to the task.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt some topic-related vocabulary, including “employee consistency,” “standards of living,” “incentives,” and “appreciation.” However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate or awkward choices make meaning less clear. “Vacation and Onsite jobs” does not accurately describe the opportunity to live and work abroad, while “annual vocation hours” appears to mean annual leave. “The Bonus of time living from companies” is also unclear, and “currency vary from each another nations” does not express the intended financial advantage naturally. There are spelling and word-form errors such as “producitivity,” “thier,” and “countires.” Choose precise phrases for international assignments and explain benefits using natural collocations; proofread spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including conditional structures such as “If companies provide holidays … individuals will spend time with families.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. Examples include “There are plethora of reasons why this chances are best,” where the article, number, and agreement are faulty, and “This development have advantages,” where the subject and verb do not agree. The sentence beginning “If people are working in another countires” also has problems with plural forms and sentence punctuation. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and singular/plural forms, then check each sentence for a complete, clearly connected structure.
