Student answer (Band 6.0)
In recent years, many companies have given their employees opportunities to work abroad. This trend is beneficial for workers to develop new skills and learn about the work culture of different countries. Moreover, it has advantages for the company because it helps the company's reputation.
To begin with, many skilled workers get a chance to work or get training done from different international firms. It really encourages people to cultivate new skills such as confidence and communication. Eventually, such abilities play a crucial role in establishing good relationships among colleagues. Another benefit is learning about the work culture of different nations; it helps a person balance their work life. People working with different natives get to know their attitudes and beliefs at work. For example, the Coca-Cola company arranges different training sessions for its employees in Turkey annually so that people around the world in the Coca-Cola company get to know each other.
Furthermore, it also has a positive impact on companies. When employees get training from another country and learn new working techniques, it eventually improves the working strategies in the company, making it more profitable. Another merit is that it helps the company's reputation because people working there with foreign experience make it a high-standard firm. For instance, Glacier Engineers is a famous company in Pakistan training its employees with global exposure. Thus, it is evident that many companies offer this opportunity for their interest.
In conclusion, many famous companies allocate different sessions for their staff in another countries so that employees learn new skills and later become useful from their own company.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus: employees can develop skills and understand other work cultures, while companies may improve their strategies, profitability, and reputation. The examples involving Coca-Cola and Glacier Engineers also help illustrate your points. However, some benefits are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, you say that learning about other cultures helps employees “balance their work life,” but the connection is unclear; explain how this knowledge improves their work or adaptation abroad. The company benefits would also be stronger with a clearer account of how employees transfer new methods back to their organisation. Developing these links and making the examples more specific would make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs on employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” make the main stages easy to follow. This meets the expected level of coherent organisation, and the paragraphing is appropriate. Some connections between ideas are less clear, however: the claim that cultural knowledge helps someone “balance their work life” does not follow explicitly from the preceding point. The conclusion also repeats the idea of training abroad without drawing together the distinct benefits discussed. Use referencing more precisely and add short linking explanations so that each example clearly supports the point before it.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of vocabulary for the topic, including “cultivate new skills,” “work culture,” “working strategies,” and “global exposure.” These expressions help communicate the main ideas, and the meaning is generally clear. There are also some imprecise or unnatural choices that limit flexibility: “get training done from different international firms” and “useful from their own company” do not express the intended relationships naturally. “High-standard firm” is also vague when describing reputation. Aim for more precise collocations and avoid repeating broad terms such as “different” and “benefit.” For example, specify the professional skills or practices employees acquire, and describe how these contribute to a company’s standing or performance.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including subordinate clauses such as “When employees get training from another country … it eventually improves the working strategies in the company.” Most sentences communicate their meaning, and errors rarely prevent understanding. Some grammatical inaccuracies remain. In “many companies allocate different sessions for their staff in another countries,” the plural noun requires “other countries”; “become useful from their own company” also has an incorrect preposition and construction. In addition, “the company because” contains unnecessary spacing and punctuation could be checked for consistency. Continue practising articles, prepositions, and plural forms, while varying sentence structures and proofreading for accuracy.
