Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions and maintain a generally positive view of overseas placements. For employees, you identify international experience, communication skills, confidence, and exposure to other cultures; for companies, you mention sharing ideas and understanding foreign markets. These are relevant points, and the Dubai example gives one idea some illustration. However, several points are asserted rather than explained: for instance, the link between working abroad and becoming more punctual is unclear, and the company benefits of understanding “stocks” or expanding local products need clearer explanation. Develop fewer ideas with a specific cause-and-effect explanation or example, and make the conclusion’s final point about stronger connections more explicit. This would make the response more fully developed across both parts of the task.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction easy to follow. You also use signposts such as “To begin with,” “Firstly,” “Moreover,” and “To sum up.” However, some linking is mechanical or does not show the relationship accurately: “Whereas” introduces no contrast, and “At same time” is followed by a fragment rather than a complete sentence. The final paragraph also moves abruptly from company benefits to “Make more strong connection,” leaving the connection between ideas unclear. Use fewer formulaic transitions and connect each supporting sentence directly to the point it explains; ensure each paragraph and sentence has a clear progression.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “international experience,” “communication skills,” “personal growth,” and “foreign market.” These choices help convey the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems make parts of the response difficult to interpret, such as “worth for them,” “different ethnicities people,” “stocks and etc.,” and “expand their local products.” There are also repeated spelling errors, including “foriegn,” “lanuage,” and “opporunities.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than adding more ambitious words: for example, explain that employees can help a company “enter overseas markets” or “adapt products for local consumers.” Proofreading spelling and word forms would also improve clarity.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “Employees who work oversea…” and a reason clause beginning “as.” However, control is inconsistent, and several sentences contain errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, or sentence boundaries. Examples include “it allow them,” “working abroad offer,” and the opening sentence, where the clause beginning “as technology is growing rapidly” does not connect grammatically to the rest. “Make more strong connection with other companies” is also a fragment. These problems sometimes make relationships between ideas unclear. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement and articles. For example: “Working abroad allows employees to gain experience” and “This experience can help companies enter new markets.”
