Student answer (Band 5.5)

In this Globalation, it is very common that big giant company give growths by sending their staff abroad for work and to explore the world in some amount of time to built there confidence and trust towards employer. This new trend creates many oppurtinity to employee and also it has several advantages for companies as well which i would like to discuss in my upcoming paragraphs with relevent examples before I give my conclusion.

Nowadays, the whole world is like metropaltian city in which individuals use to travell from one place to another for job as their company give them a oppurtinity to go abroad and stay.Furthermore, this is like a Boon for the workers as the company has selected them and put trust on them so they can grow and learn and explore something new beyond their limits,For an example one relative of mine in working in Tcs from last three years and suddenly they got offer from the employer to work in Usa and they agree after that withing two years they have lot of change in there lifestyle they are earning more now lear new laungages, try new food, explore new places and new people, that's how they have grow.

Moreover, from this development companies also get advantages to grow there business in oversease smoothly. To examplify, if they want to expand there chain in different country then they can save huge amount of money as they dont need to hire and train new people as there employee is moving to another country and run the business for them.

To conlude, I believe that it is benifical for both of them to grow together as employees raise their income, explore new things; also companies also saves money and expand business in low cost.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions and maintain a clear overall view that the opportunity benefits employees and companies. The employee paragraph gives relevant benefits—greater confidence, higher earnings, language learning, and exposure to new places and people—and the example of your relative helps illustrate these points. The company paragraph also identifies a relevant advantage: transferring an existing employee may reduce recruitment and training costs when expanding overseas. However, this second point is less fully explained than the employee benefits, and the link between sending staff abroad and successfully running an overseas business could be clearer. Develop the company side with another specific benefit, such as local market knowledge or stronger coordination between offices, and explain how it helps.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph about employees, one about companies, and a conclusion. The progression from personal benefits to business advantages is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Furthermore,” “Moreover,” and “To conclude” help guide the reader. This meets the lower-band expectations and shows some features of stronger organisation. However, several transitions feel formulaic, and the long employee paragraph combines multiple benefits and the example without clearly separating them. Some references, such as “they” in the example, are not immediately clear. Use shorter, more focused sentences, make pronoun references explicit, and connect each example directly to the point it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “opportunity,” “explore,” “expand,” and “advantages,” and the reader can generally understand your intended meaning. However, the range is limited and errors in spelling, word form, and collocation are noticeable, sometimes making the message harder to process. Examples include “Globalation,” “oppurtinity,” “metropaltian,” and “oversease,” as well as unnatural phrases such as “give growths” and “save huge amount of money.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than ambitious but unclear wording. Proofread spelling carefully and learn topic phrases such as “gain international experience,” “develop professional skills,” and “reduce recruitment costs.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional idea about expanding a business and a sentence explaining the effects of working abroad. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation sometimes make the reader work to understand the meaning. For example, “big giant company give” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “they have lot of change” lacks an article and uses an awkward verb construction. Several sentences run together, particularly the opening and the employee example. Practise building accurate sentences with one main idea each, check subject–verb agreement and articles, and use full stops to separate complete thoughts.
