Student answer (Band 5.5)
It has been observed that work culture plays a significant role in the professional market. Few people believe that in this concorrent world, multinational firms offer their employees a chance to work and reside in other nations. I believe that this will be more suitable to the workers to experience international professional culture. Organisations can not only get inventions by providing this merits but also encourage talented workforce to work in a company. Hence, my inclination and proses are elaborated in the ensuing paragraphs.
To commence with, staff can obtain opportuinity to know more about globle work culture by woking with international company. By communicating with distinct culture's individuals, workers can get idea about their thinking capabilites regarding their tasks. As a result, they can become more productive at their works by updating themselves through international experience. For example, Infosys provide their employees a opportunity to work with international teams, which workers can interect with other cultures people and update themselve from globle professional world.
Futhermore, firms can invente new products promptly. By providing international experience to their staff, firms can get divers workforce. As a result, compnies can grow rapidly by competing against their rivals. Secondly, By demonstrating this chance, organisation can attract talented person to join their firms. They can reduce their employee cost by getting work done in less time. It can result into more profit gain.
In conclusion, staff can feel enjoy globle professional work culture by joning mutinational firms. It can not helpful to invent somthing new in a field, but also helpful to attract talented staff in a firm.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions and maintain a relevant position: employees can gain international experience, while companies may benefit from innovation and attracting talented staff. The Infosys example supports the employee benefit, and the points about a diverse workforce and recruitment are relevant to companies. However, several ideas are asserted rather than explained. For instance, the link between international experience and “invent[ing] new products promptly” is not made clear, and the claim that firms can reduce employee costs by getting work done faster needs explanation or an example. Develop each main advantage with a clearer cause-and-effect explanation and support, so the response addresses both parts more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs on employees and companies, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “To commence with,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main sections. Within paragraphs, however, progression is sometimes mechanical or unclear. In the company paragraph, “Secondly” introduces another point, but the connection between attracting talented staff, reducing costs, and increasing profit is not fully explained. Some references, such as “this merits” and “It,” are also unclear. Use linking phrases to show precise relationships between ideas, and make pronouns refer unmistakably to a specific benefit or action.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “professional culture,” “international teams,” “divers workforce,” and “talented workforce,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make parts less clear or natural. Examples include “concorrent world,” “glob le work culture,” “invente new products,” and “feel enjoy.” Some phrases, such as “more profit gain,” are difficult to interpret. Build a bank of accurate collocations for workplace benefits and business outcomes, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would help express your ideas without relying on repeated general terms such as “work” and “company.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional-style result in “As a result, they can become more productive” and the contrastive structure “not only … but also.” However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence structure occur frequently enough to affect clarity. For example, “Infosys provide their employees a opportunity” has agreement and article errors, while “which workers can interact” does not form a clear grammatical link to the preceding clause. “It can not helpful” also lacks the required verb. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause before adding more complex patterns.
