In these days, many overseas companies give an oppertunity to their staff to work or live in foreign company. Although this offer benefits employees to get experience in new and advanced techciques, it also bring a sence of competition in market for companies.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both questions and maintain a generally positive view: employees gain international experience, while companies learn about overseas markets. However, the response only partially develops these points. The employee benefits are clearer, especially the link to personal and professional growth, but the company advantages are vague: “know, who and on which project they should work” does not explain how overseas experience improves project decisions, and “knowledge of competition” is not illustrated. The example about multinational companies largely repeats the claim rather than showing a specific outcome. The response is also 40 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. Develop each advantage with a clear reason and a relevant example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for employee and company benefits, and a conclusion. The signposts “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “To conclude” make the main stages easy to follow. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear. For example, the company paragraph moves from project allocation to market trends and then to “tieups with foreign companies” without explaining how these points connect. Some linking is mechanical, and the reference in “This means they get chance” is not fully clear. Build each paragraph around one main advantage, then explain its consequence and give a specific example. This would make the relationships between ideas more explicit while preserving the clear overall structure.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “international experience,” “professional growth,” “market,” and “competition,” so the reader can understand the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems make the expression less precise. Examples include “foreign ethics of works,” “Today's economics,” and “knowledge of competion in whole economy”; these phrases do not communicate the intended ideas naturally. There are also noticeable spelling errors such as “oppertunity,” “techciques,” and “valueable.” Aim to use accurate, natural combinations such as “workplace practices,” “economic conditions,” and “competitive pressures.” Proofreading spelling and choosing more precise vocabulary would make your points easier to understand.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the contrast in “Although this offer benefits employees …, it also bring …” and the example introduced with “For example.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors in agreement, articles, plurals, and sentence construction sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “it also bring” needs subject–verb agreement, while “staff get opportunity” and “in another countries” have problems with articles and number. The sentence beginning “On the one hand, staff get opportunity …, leads to have” is not grammatically complete. Practise building clear sentences with a subject and finite verb, then check agreement and articles. Greater control of these patterns will help you express your ideas accurately.
