Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you outline your commerce degree and previous accounting role, explain that you want career guidance and project support, and propose a first meeting on Monday in the cafeteria. The purpose of the letter is clear and the details are relevant. The study and work history is reasonably specific, while the help you want is less fully explained: the request focuses heavily on the upcoming project and its agenda, rather than describing broader support you hope to receive as a new employee. The meeting suggestion would also be more complete if you gave a time or asked whether Monday suits Rahul. These details would make the response more fully developed and purposeful.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall sequence: introduction, background, request for support, meeting proposal, and closing. Paragraphing helps the reader distinguish these stages, and linking expressions such as “After that,” “Eventually,” and “Furthermore” show the intended progression. However, some connections feel mechanical or unclear. For example, “With a view to obtaining excellent review” leads into a request for project details without explaining the link, and the repeated “I would appreciate it, if” makes the request section less fluent. The final meeting paragraph also repeats the project-support idea rather than adding a new arrangement. Use simpler transitions and connect each request directly to its purpose to make the progression more natural.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of workplace vocabulary, including “practical experience,” “professional market,” “career building,” and “project’s agenda.” This shows an effort to use language suited to a professional letter. However, inaccurate spelling and word choice are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: examples include “compny,” “garduation,” “receiveble,” “suggetions,” and “buidling.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “served my service couple of years” and “obtain divers experience.” Choose common, accurate collocations rather than forcing formal-sounding expressions, and proofread spelling carefully. More precise wording for the kind of guidance you want would also help you express your aims clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use both simple sentences and longer structures, including “After that, I have joined…” and “I would appreciate it, if you could…,” so there is some variety in sentence form. The main ideas remain understandable, but grammatical errors recur. For example, “I Vishakha Chavda” needs a verb (“I am Vishakha Chavda”), and “if could arrange” is missing its subject. There are also problems with articles and sentence patterns in “as account receivable associate” and “It would helpful to me.” Punctuation around the conditional phrase is also inaccurate: no comma is needed before “if.” Practise complete sentence structures and check articles, auxiliary verbs, and punctuation in requests.
