Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three required points: you outline your MBA and customer-service experience, explain that you want guidance on workplace culture and professional skills, and propose meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. These details make the letter relevant and its purpose clear. The study and work background is specific, while the help you seek is less fully explained: for example, you could identify a particular skill or workplace challenge you would like to discuss. The meeting proposal is practical, but the request to meet “according your schedule planner” is unclear. A more developed explanation of your goals and a clearer, more confident arrangement would make the response more complete and polished.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter follows a sensible overall order: introduction, background, support requested, and meeting arrangements. Paragraphing helps distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “During my studies” and “As a new employee” guide the reader through the ideas. The progression is generally clear, though some linking is mechanical, particularly “Apart from this” and the repeated expressions of thanks near the end. The final requests—“I will look forward your response” and “Please give me more some time”—also make the closing less smooth and the intended message harder to follow. Group related requests together and use a concise, conventional closing to strengthen the flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main information, including relevant terms such as “teamwork,” “management,” “company culture,” and “professional skills.” However, the range is limited and several word combinations are unnatural or imprecise, which keeps the message from sounding consistently fluent. For example, “manage schedule timetable” is redundant, “customer services” does not fit naturally in this context, and “schedule planner” is unclear. “Please give me more some time” also does not express the intended request idiomatically. Choose precise workplace expressions and check common collocations; this will make your meaning clearer without requiring more complicated vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more developed sentences, and the reader can generally understand your background and requests. However, errors in verb forms, articles, agreement, and sentence construction occur across the letter. Examples include “I would be appreciate,” “I will look forward your response,” and “I have completed my master degree … last two years ago.” The sentence beginning “Also, I have two years work experience” also needs more accurate grammatical forms. Capitalisation and spacing after full stops are inconsistent. Practise accurate past-time expressions and standard request structures, then proofread each sentence for its subject, verb, and required articles or prepositions. More reliable control of these patterns would improve clarity.
