Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you outline your computer-engineering studies and previous work, describe the support you hope to receive, and propose meeting in person. The details about your degree and three years in an IT company make the introduction relevant. However, the help you want is expressed somewhat generally: “support me on all my projects” and “give tough task” do not identify particular areas where a mentor’s guidance would be useful. The meeting proposal is also incomplete because you ask the mentor to choose a time and place without offering your own availability. Develop these points with one or two specific learning goals and a practical suggested time or arrangement.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening introduction, a paragraph about your background and expectations, and a closing paragraph about meeting. This makes the main information easy to locate, and the sequence is generally logical. Some links between ideas are less smooth, however. In the long middle paragraph, your work history, enthusiasm, expectations, and request for help are crowded together, so the reader has to follow several purposes at once. Phrases such as “Though having an experience of 3 years” also make the transition awkward. Separate your background from your mentoring goals, and use straightforward links such as “In my new role” or “I would particularly value guidance with…” to make progression more natural.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate your background and intentions, including “data analyst,” “career,” “projects,” and “support.” There are also attempts at more specific workplace language, such as “senior manager of data analyst,” though this phrasing is not natural and makes your former role unclear. Several word choices and collocations reduce precision: “brief detailing about myselves,” “give tough task,” and “set up the meeting room according you.” Spelling errors such as “convience” are also noticeable. These issues do not prevent the reader from understanding the main message, but they show that vocabulary control is not yet consistent. Prefer familiar, accurate expressions and check spelling and word forms before sending the letter.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the conditional “If I get face any problem which I am unable to solve…” and the contrast introduced by “Though…”. The overall meaning remains understandable, but some grammatical errors occur in these structures. For example, “As a new data analysts” has a number-agreement problem, while “I have completed my masters” and “I was working as a senior manager… for almost 3 years” show inconsistent control of articles, possessives, and tense choices. The conditional sentence also needs a clearer structure, such as “If I face a problem that I cannot solve, I would be happy to ask for your help.” Continue practising accurate sentence patterns and proofread agreement and tense use.
